My husband, baby and daughter went here this past Monday. We asked for a high chair for the baby but no one ever brought one so I had to go back to the front to ask again. Our server made us wait a long time before bringing chips and taking our drink orders. When she did bring the drinks, she got the order wrong. We then waited again for a long time before she took our order. I took my daughter to the restroom and it was filthy, all of the toilets were not flushed. We then waited a long time to get our food and when we did, it was luke warm because the server took so long to bring it out. By this time the baby was screaming and my daughter was getting impatient. We didn’t want to get a new order with hot food because the kids couldn’t last that long. So we ate a cold meal. The server brought the check after I had to ask and she charged us for 3 drinks when we ordered 1 and the kids drink was supposed to be included. Kids were still upset so I didn’t bother to have her redo the check, I just didn’t give any tip and left. 2 days later I was checking my credit card statement and the amount was $8 more than our bill. I assume that the waitress gave herself a tip. I called and the manager wasn’t there and I asked for an assistant manager. He said he would take a look and for me to call back. I called but he had left and the person on the phone didn’t know what to do and for me to call back later. I stopped by on my way home from work and spoke with the bar manager. He said the manager, Luis had the day off and he had the key to look at the receipts. He told me to call back the next day. So I did and the manager was out sick and they still couldn’t see the receipts. So he offered to give me a full refund and to come by. I drove back again and stood in the front for 10 minuets before anyone helped me. Said they could only give me the $8 and not a refund. Said the waitress made a mistake. She was standing right there and when she heard me complain she walked away looking scared. He then told me to call back yet again tomorrow to speak with the manager. At this point I will make a report to the police if I don’t hear from the manager, see the receipt that I put zero tip on, and get a full refund. Experience: I ordered takeout a few weeks before dining in to gauge the quality of the food. I ordered Tacos de Birria, which were poorly made. The tacos were flabby and tasted as if they had been microwaved for 3 minutes. The sweet tea tasted like it was from an expired bottle. I'm highly disappointed in the experience / food standards but also in how management handled the situation. I ordered takeout last Tuesday and i ordered a bunch of food which i normally always do. My dish the ACP that I ordered contained a metal piece inside of like a nug/screw type. I didn't notice it looking at my food because of course it was mixed in the food which was chicken and rice and veggies. As I was eating I bit down on something hard as a rock and instantly spit it out to see that it was in face metal . I immediately called the establishment and asked to talk to management. Once on the phone I told them the situation and they were at first acting clueless but clearly there was something in my food . They weren't very receptive at first like they even wanted to solve the issue. So I asked them how do they plan to handle the situation and they first told me I can get another plate if I came back bringing what I had which with all honesty I don't want anything else from this place ! I then said I want my money back because that's just unacceptable and if I had to drive all the way back I want more than that . When I said that they told me well they couldn't just refund me I'd still have to go back and they would then have to credit my money back but then charge me again for the other items I had. Which I feel was not okay . You all messed up my food and to have a piece of metal is just completely unsafe . Luckily it wasn't a kid eating luckily I didn't chip my tooth or scrape my mouth because like I said it's dangerous.
