Oh boy, where do I begin with this place other than saying not to order anything and go to the KFC 30 seconds down the road or the Sonic right next door?
I ordered two things today: a large classic chicken sandwich combo, plain, and a large spicy asiago chicken sandwich combo with no lettuce or tomato, both with cokes, and the asiago sandwich with an additional 10 spicy nuggets.
Suffice it to say what I got was a plain chicken sandwich with a medium fry, and a completely plain spicy chicken sandwich with a large fry and 10 spicy nuggets...
Both drinks were flatter than a roadkill squirrel and about as warm as one too, and yeah, when I say the Asiago was a "plain spicy sandwich" I mean that it had nothing on it but the patty and the bun. Last I checked, an Asiago sandwich was supposed to have... y'know, ASIAGO CHEESE. I got charged for the one large fry that I didn't get, and the asiago cheese, bacon, and ranch that I didn't get on my asiago chicken sandwich.
This is not the first time something like this has happened. In the past, I have ordered many plain chicken sandwiches that have not been plain AT ALL. If I could rate lower than 1 star, I absolutely would, as the workers clearly cannot follow instructions.
I genuinely dread that, heaven forbid, someone with a severe food allergy orders food from this particular establishment and gets sick because the workers either don't pay attention or don't care enough to make sure the order is exactly as it's requested.
As I have said already, if you are in the area of this Wendy's, I severely advise against ordering anything from its menu, as there is a Sonic in the plaza next door and a KFC 30 seconds up the road that have a better track record with quality assurance than this. 0 out of 5, I will never order food here again as...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru Monday afternoon 6/11/18. The male that took my order over the speaker was incredibly well spoken. I ordered a Junior bacon cheeseburger, a small frosty and a small fry. He told me my order would be four dollars and change. When I got to the first window to pay, the girl was there to except my payment . She said nine dollars and change. I was very confused as I thought most of my order was on the dollar menu. She told me the junior bacon cheeseburger isn't on the $.99 menu anymore. I'm doing the math in my head and remembering that the guy told me four dollars and something. I start doing the math aloud, so she can hear me. When I've added my total up, she says "yeah, and my meal", so $9.... 10 second pause- Nah, I'm just kidding." "That'll be $4...".
SERIOUSLY!! She sat there and messed with me for about two minutes! I'm a Mom of two teenagers and had already been having a pretty intense day. No apology or anything from this young lady. My daughter (riding w me) and I just sat there w our jaws dropped. I never get anything fast at this Wendy's but this is unacceptable.. Wendy's, you need to retrain or let this employee go. And pay attention folks if you go there, you may be buying lunch for someone w/ out knowing it!!! Just read the review 5 or six down from mine! Guy said the girl at the drive through ripped him off. Sure wish I'd seen these previous reviews! This girl was a young black girl probably 18 or so. Different than the 40-year-old white lady who stole in the review a few down. Really need to watch yourself because apparently everyone here is out steal your money, check your receipts people! Yeah, super disappointed. Thank goodness Freddie's is...
Read moreDrive Thru lady tried to RIP me off. I caught her red handed. I placed a fairly large order which was about $26. I hardly ever carry cash, but this time I had a $20 dollar bill. I gave the lady the $20 dollar bill and a debit card and said to put the remaining balance on the card. The particular debit card I have, puts an instant push notification on my phone as soon as it's used for any transaction. I immediately get the notification. To my surprise, the whole balance went on the card. I check the receipt, sure enough, no cash, all card. What happened to the twenty bucks I handed her? Now twenty bucks is not a lot of money, but it's the principal of it. I just got ripped off. I flew into a parking spot, dumping half my fries! I didn't care at this point... I went in there and restrained myself from jumping over the counter slammed my hands down and asked her what she did with my twenty bucks I just handed her in the drive thru. At first she looked like she wanted to lie, and then run, but she reached into her pocket and pulled my twenty bucks out and apologized. I wonder how many other people have been victimized by her and other dishonest slugs like her? Check your debit/credit card statement if you do a split transaction like I did. The worst part is, I should have made a police report or at the very least called the store owner, because during a recent visit i discovered she is now a manager. She is a white lady in her 40's with short reddish brown hair.
