There is surprisingly quite a bit of space inside, even when busy. There is a lovely Lil creek that runs behind/under the building, and there is some some-what shaded seating outside to be able to enjoy it. The reason I'm writing a review though is because I need to share about the fact that hands down i had the best burger, ever! It was a black and blue burger and it was the best damn b&b burger I think I've ever had! The blue sauce was pretty thick and a bit messy/"ploppy", but once I finished my burger (unexpectedly faster than anyone else in my family 😅) I then used the excess sauce on my plate to dip my French fries into, it was truly sublime! I also want to note how wonderful and friendly all the employees seem to be plus the waitress was super speedy and helpful,, surprising given it was mothers day and quite a bit more busy than my 1st visit and we had a large group, which she handled wonderfully. Overall, I really enjoyed the nature outside, the atmosphere inside and out, and I especially enjoyed my meal and the delightful service provided. Thank you, City Limits Pub and Grill! Great mother's day adventure!!!

You eat before you eat. Yep. You eat with the eyes before physically consuming that first bite. Boy does this place deliver a feast for the eyes! As we were reviewing the menu, the tables around us had plate after plate of beautifully crafted, large entrees brought out which made it tough to settle on a choice. We started with Loaded Nachos with chicken ($14.50). A super generous pile of chips loaded with cheese, jalapenos, fresh onions, olives, and sour cream set the meal off to a great start. From there, wife had the Fish and Chips with bean salad as her side ($19). My mom had the Italian Chicken Salad ($15). Oldest son had the Philly Cheesesteak ($13). Youngest and I both had the Miner's Delight ($15). He subbed his chips for fries (+$3). Everyone's entrees were delicious. Generous servings and fresh ingredients made for a wonderful meal. All-in with tip, the meal ran us $120. Next time you're in the area after riding the Hiawatha Trail, stop here to refuel!

This place was great! They have outside patio dining but it wasn't open on the day we visited (I didn't ask why - it was a nice day so not sure). We were travelling with our dog and it was too warm to leave him in the car. The waitress said that we could order inside and then sit outside with our dog. But we didn't have to.... the waitress continued to help us outside, checked on us frequently and gave us great service even though the outside wasn't open - so nice of her! We had the raspberry wheat beer and the porter and both were good. For food we got the Miner's Delight burger and the Black and Blue burger with chicken instead of beef. Again - very yummy! The food and beers were great deals $9 and $10.50 for the burgers with tons of fries and the beers were happy hour priced at $3 for a pint. Great place! If you are in the neighborhood give it a try! Oh.... and the river goes under the building - how cool it that!!

Disappointed for the first time. When we walked in the owner, bartender and waitress were having a conversation and we were told to sit wherever we wanted. So we sat and waited, waited and waited. There were two other families in there but had been served already. Nearly 10 minutes after we arrived the waitress came and greeted us. Very nice young lady who was professional. Ordered our food / drinks and I turned in a growler to be filled. Hadn't been used in just under 6 months. Watched the bartender put about two cups of water in the growler, shake it a few times dump it and start filling it. I yelled that hasnt been used in a long time. Apparently she didn't care. Took her a long time to fill it because of all the foam coming out of it, including a few black chunks that I watched roll out the top. Needless to say I won't be drinking the beer. Food was good as usual. I mentioned to the waitress that the growler hadn't been used in a long time and asked if they normally clean them before filling them, to which her response was I don't fill them that's the bartender. I work in customer service and have for 30 years. Stop visiting and help your customers or Soon you'll have no customers. Remember your always being watched, stay clean and ask yourself if you would want the same treatment. Again food was good as always and waitress was very nice. I'll used the growler for target practice and give you one more shot because the entire family like it there. If it wasn't for my wife and son the entire place would have known my frustrations, so I'm thankful...

Good food, but TERRIBLE service.

Entered about two hours before close on a Tuesday night. Place was moderately full, but it's a seat yourself affair, so we did just that. 5 minutes or so later, a waitress came by to deliver the menus. I asked for a high chair and she seemed quite put off.

After waiting 10 more minutes, she came back to take our drink order. I informed her we were ready to order immediately, but she said she'd be back for that. Another 10 minutes pass before returning with our water and taking our order.

40 minutes pass with our kids getting more impatient. I ask the waitress about an ETA and she tells me that she doesn't know. After pressing for a minute longer, she finally says she'll find out. 10 minutes later, she returns you say it will be about 20 minutes.

At this point, I'm pretty irritated, but decide to tough it out because it would take at least that long to get food anywhere else. 40 minutes later, the food finally arrived.

The service is just awful. I had to flag down or literally walk over to get the attention of the waitress. No apologies, no offers for free drinks or desserts. Every interaction was like pulling teeth, including getting the check. The food was good, but it was in no way worth...

Usually I look forward to going to City Limits Pub & Grill whenever we pass through Wallace. However, our last experience was less than satisfactory. We had a party of 6 and the manager was not willing to move tables together so we could all sit and visit (mind you this was family we don't see often and they came up from southern Idaho & we had an hour drive to Wallace to make this happen). We had a table for 4 and a separate table for 2. When the party of 2 would get up to come over and socialize the staff was eager to clear the table and other patrons would snatch up the chairs from there table. All of our food was way over cooked and the young waitress seemed very timid and wasn't very attentive to our tables needs. We were informed of a couple of reasons from the staff as to why they would not move tables together. 1) The "owner" doesn't want the floors scratched!?!?! 2) If they move tables for us they would have to move them for everybody?!?!?!... Am I'm wrong to think you would make accommodations for your patrons to make the experience a memorable & pleasurable one? Also, just so your aware, when getting out of your chair the legs scrape...
