Chip Cookies — Restaurant in Walnut Creek

When I found out Chip was born out of pregnancy cravings, I HAD to pay a visit!!! During my pregnancy, my love for cookies increased tenfold! So it makes me happy to hear about another mama's love for cookies during their pregnancy.

Their location is in a plaza with lots of restaurants, so parking may or may not be an issue. It took Yelp Elite Dario O. and I awhile to find parking, and when we did, we had a bit of a walk; which was totally okay. Just fair warning to anyone visiting this location.

There are no seating in and outdoors. It's a spot for you to just grab your cookies and go. However, they do sell Chipzookies which is exactly what you're probably thinking - warm cookie with a scoop of ice cream. So I kind of wish there was a place to sit inside or out to enjoy this. I think a bar table and some stools in one of the corners would be nice; esp since they also sell milk! I could definitely see myself and others take a break from whatever and just enjoy some milk and cookies.

So for the cookies, I ordered the 4 pack. I got the OG, Biscoff, Oreo Dunk, and their monthly special at the time- Cinnamon Roll.

The Oreo Dunk Chip is their Dutch cocoa cookie infused with sweetened condensed milk and topped with crushed oreos and white chocolate! This one was my absolute fave!!! It looks super sweet, but it was right amount of chocolate and sweetness.

If you're unsure of what cookie to get, I 100% recommend getting the OG. You can never go wrong with a classic chocolate chip cookie. It's also their signature and award winning, handmade flavor.

Service was great! She was friendly and talked us through her personal faves; which is always nice to hear!

I recently visited the new Chip Cookie shop in Walnut Creek, and it’s a fantastic spot for cookie lovers! Their cookies are soft, buttery, and come in a variety of flavors to suit every taste. Whether you’re into classic chocolate chip or want to try something a bit different, there’s something for everyone.

The location is convenient with plenty of free parking, making it easy to pop in for a sweet treat. One thing I would love to see in the future is some gluten-free and dairy-free options for those of us with dietary restrictions. It would be a great addition to their already delicious menu.

Additionally, having a seating area and a restroom would make it even more enjoyable for those who want to hang out and enjoy their cookies on-site.

Overall, Chip Cookie is a wonderful spot with excellent customer service. The friendly staff made the experience even better. It’s located right across from Starbucks, so it’s easy to find....

I was just in the Walnut Creek store and was extremely disappointed in the service and unavailability of cookies. (Which is all the store sells!) Although I was the only person in line and there were two young girls behind the counter they ignored me for about five minutes Finally one came over and said Have you been helped? I said obviously not. I then asked for two OG cookies and she said Oh we are out of those. This is the second time I have been in the store and was told they were out of the cookies. It would have been nice to know that before I waited five minutes to be waited on! Very disappointed in the service and wondering if I should call the store before making a trip to make sure they still have cookies! Sad…I love the cookies but it’s never very busy in the store.
