I have not had the best of experiences with this location. The laser hair removal techs were great itās the business side that lacks. From the beginning I had issues (I was gifted the sessions for my birthday so I had to get the treatments here) one, they donāt do any consultations prior to your first session. Which I found odd considering the consent forms needing to be sign medications and health contraindications that have to be addressed prior to your first session, anyways got the call two days prior from their nurse practitioner asked if my autoimmune disease was safe for my treatment (which she had no clue what my disease was and I had to educate her) I had used rentiods which I guess is the same an rentinol even though itās not listed as the same, I had shaved my face two weeks priors to the appt and since I had used rentiods my appointment had to be pushed back another two weeks in the meantime my facial hair was going back at a rate I never experienced since I have only plucked and waxed my face so shaving in the morning and by noon my hair already growing back was embarrassing so fine wait another two weeks. Come in finally for my first treatment and they had an additional session deal which I thought I had purchased since I signed for $100 to charged in additional to my birthday gift sessions. Come back for my second session and they are charging me!!!!!!! I was huh and go through it all and they never charged me so instead of honoring the deal that I had signed 6 weeks prior they basically told me that can charge me the $100 that day which I didnāt have available so I missed the deal they had offered with no fault of my own. Now whatās caused me to leave their business and leave this review is my last session was during memorial day weekend, I come in wait and get seen no big deal, I go to check out and pay (ugh) I said I wanted to make my next appointment and I get told to just text and schedule, well knowing I need a Saturday appointment and they book I was annoyed that I had to do a way that I never had to do before but whatever, I text the number and no response so I text again and I get oh their next Saturday appointment is not until September huh! Thatās 4 months away and they donāt advise going past 8 weeks in between sessions, and then I get a text a few minutes later saying I had an appointment on 7/9 a weekend where I already had a work event scheduled so I know I never made that appointment, hoping to keep the appointment but as I got closer there was no way so I text canceling and needing to reschedule and guess what response I get is they are booked until September which 2 months prior that was their soonest appointment. I donāt understand how they donāt reserve spots for their coming in patients to schedule to stay on track. I work in dental and we reserve appointments for 6 months so those patients coming in can keep their 6 months sequence. I actually got a sooner appointment with another laser hair removal company within a week of what my July appointment would have been. I would only recommend this place with keeping in mind that your schedule needs to be flexible and you have to be on top of their front desk charging and scheduling appointments. Hope this helps...

At 12:10pm I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be for me to start my treatment and was told someone would call me in 2 minutes. Another 10 minutes passed and nothing. I waited and at 12:25pm I was called in to a room. I went into the room and informed the nurse that I was expecting to be done with all my treatments by 12:40 and now with only about 10-12 minutes left there was no way to complete all 3 treatment areas. I also told her I didn't want her to rush through my areas. She said she could do 2 areas in the time left and that it wouldn't be rushed. Although, she completed lasering 2 out of 3 areas it was definetely rushed and when I asked about certain spots she said she had done them, even though I didn't feel or see her go over them. I paid at the front desk for the 2 areas and the receptionist apologized and gave me 2 free lip balms as compensation for their failure to provide appropriate service and on time. I was extremely disappointed as I come all the way from Napa and wasn't able to get everything done as I had planned. SEV laser has such a strict policy that if you are late or cancel same day they charge 50%, however, when they are running almost 30 minutes they offer no compensation. Their expectation for me was to rearrange my schedule and just stay longer to get all 3 services done. There is no respect for the client's time and money. The treatment in the 2 areas today were rushed and incomplete and they should have offered full compensation. I didn't make a scene or make a big deal as the girls working the front reception area can be extremely rude. For the future, I will save my gas, toll and $$ and find someone locally that will respect my time and money and will offer...

i drove up today from my job in san mateo, which took me about an hour and a half. it's a long route for me to take so i was exhausted from work but i did not expect to come and get laser which is something i look forward to and be mistreated by a technician. Katy was just very very rude and sarcastic , she spoke to me like if i was a little kid. her energy was very aggressive like i couldn't say or ask any questions. & trust me i have done lazer here over 15 times with several technicians and none have ever mistreated me like she has. i spoke to ask her if she can get a section on my lower arm and she says sarcastically " yea you see my drawing the lines right" it just felt very rude and unnecessary. then when i had asked her to get a certain section of my lower arm she said she already did that section , so i was like ok? (i certainly did not recall) lastly i was bold to ask one more question because at this point i was a little irritated by her demeanor i said if she could get this section on my lower back and she says " i don't have time for that & that's an extra charge" i was just thinking in my head like wow. this girl is being really rude to me behind closed doors. she proceeds by drawing the line above where i asked lol. at this point i wanted my laser session to be over with. i felt unheard , unappreciated , rushed , and like i wasted my gas and time with this technician. & this is also not the cheapest thing to do, so having to pay for it at the end was the icing on the cake for me. extremely poor customer service from katie. i don't recommend going to her at all.
