Philomena Santucci's Square Pizza — Restaurant in Warminster Township

I rarely ever leave reviews unless something really stands out, good or bad, but I feel like I'd be doing a disservice if I let this go unchecked. I placed an order for several items at Santucci's at 5:45 pm. for pickup. They let me know that the order would be ready at 6:07pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 pm and had to wait another 20 minutes. I finally received my 4 items, with no acknowledgment of the extra wait time from the staff. I got home and realized that they'd forgotten my order of spaghetti and meatballs. No problem, people make mistakes. I called the restaurant, and they told me that I had two options, either come back to get it or cancel the order and get a refund. All the while, not even the simplest of apologies for their mistake. I went back to the restaurant, and again, no apology. They told me that they were bagging up my food. Five minutes later, the person at the desk asked me, "What exactly didn't you receive in the order?" Seems to me, if they were bagging up the order already, shouldn't they know what they were bagging up? Another 20 minutes and finally, my spaghetti and meatball (yes, one meatball) is bagged up and handed to me, all with not even the slightest hint of an apology. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and the food was as well. You'd think that after making a customer wait for almost 2hrs for their food, it would warrant an apology. Perhaps their workers need a refresher on how to treat customers when they mess up their orders, but maybe, that's just me. Unacceptable behavior, and I'll never order from there again. Do...

Best pizza today (Friday 8/5/22) we ever had from Warminster store since they opened! We were from NE Philly and loved the Santucci’s on Woodhaven Road and Vince’s on Grant Avenue. When this store opened we tried the pizza and did not think it was as good as Philly. Over the years, we would try again, and on a few occasions it was good, but more often it was not. It was very inconsistent, crust too uneven or not cooked right, or sauce bland. Well TODAY I ordered again and found out they now have an AMAZING PIZZA CHEF on staff named RON!!!! Huge SHOUT OUT to this Ron, as this was the absolute BEST PIZZA I have ever had from this Warminster store …. and even possibly the Philly Santucci’s. I had to call and find out who cooked my pizza because I was shocked it was so incredible! That’s when I found out his name(RON) and that he came from another pizza place. I asked to talk to him and thank him… I asked if he ever worked at the Woodhaven Store and he apparently was there for 25 YEARS! This man knows his pizza making and congratulations to Warminster Santucci’s for getting him onboard! Unfortunately, Ron only works there on Fridays, so I will save my Santucci’s Pizza night for Friday nights now that I know how amazing it is. There were red flags from the minute we walked in. The hostess stand was empty, so we waited a few minutes for somebody to come by and ask us how many. We told them 2 and they walked off. A few more minutes go by and somebody else walks by and asks us the same question. We answered again and she also walks off. We watch as she walks around the restaurant changing the channel on some of the TV screens... Apparently this is vital to their business over seating customers. We probably should have walked out at that point, but we were tired, hungry, and already invested about 10 minutes into eating here at this point and decided to stick around for more punishment. Finally we are seated. It takes about another 15 minutes for a waitress to even come over. We both ordered salads with grilled chicken, and they did come out relatively quickly... However, there was no chicken on my salad, and the "grilled chicken" on my fiance's salad was flavorless, cold deli style chicken that's not actually chicken. I asked about my missing chicken and inquired if they had actual chicken... Apparently every item on their menu comes with the gross flavorless cold "chicken" so we just asked for our check and left.
