We visited chilis last night and went in and gave the young man our cell number for waiting on table . We were told that our waiting time would be like 20 mins and understand it could take longer and that was no problem so we went and sat at the bar until our table was ready . My wife noticed that a few people had came in after us and were seated before us so she went and asked how much longer would it be and he apologized that the new employees had seated the other guest before us and the guy was very nice and very professional. The food was good .our waitress was name ivy and she was nice but spent more time waiting on a larger table than checking on us. Another waitress a very nice lady that had blonde hair she waited on us more than our own waitress and she should be the manger a very out going person and seems to be liked by her employees also . When we got ready for our bill we explained to ivy what had happen and asked could she give us a little discount for their allowing others to be seated before us and she said I’ll go get the manger but she’s not going to do anything she goes further to explain if we had more in our group she probably would . The manager came over and we explained what happen and she never used the word liar but she’s said the other couples were already on the list before us and I told Beth that she was wrong that the guy told us that the new employees seated the others before us..she was making every excuse in the book .she asked what did we want her to do and I said can you take something off our bill and she started being rude. Saying no. And I never want anything free in life . This manger thinks she’s all this and that and she’s far from being all that and she doesn’t need to be a manger .after we payed the guy that was very nice apologized again and said he had told Beth about the problem and that they did seat others before us and they were not on the waiting list .we told Beth we were calling cooperate and she told us do what ever you want to do she didn’t care .this is a restaurant you should avoid until they give Beth her pink papers and show her the door .i regret not going to Texas road house that’s. New in Warner Robins or long horns. And ps ivy as you spent more time with the larger table more talking than waiting I can give you mangers names of restaurants that will tell you if he likes his service that I’m a big tipper and that red lobster always like seeing me come back . Bartender told us she would send them over to the table because soon as we tendered out, the table was ready. My first drink was awesome, friend says her was watery. Anyway, I ordered another Casamigo and there was to much sour mix or whatever they use to mix it with. Asked waitress if it could be made over. She stated she would have to check. Came back after checking she said all alcohol sales were final. I asked to speak with management and here comes the kitchen manager, Janiya, being unprofessional. Kitchen manager: I hear you have a problem. Me: no ma'am I don't have a problem. Kitchen manager: we'll unhappy. Me: I would like to have my drink remade because there is to much sour mix. Her: All sales are final on alcohol. Me: Where is that posted? Is it on the menu? Her: That comes from corporate. So even if customer is not satisfied its final. The first drink I had tasted nor looked anything like this. My brother had one as well totally different in taste and color. Her: It looks the same to me. Would you like to add something to it. Me: No. However, after thinking about I asked if it would be on them. She says add something like what. I said a shot she stated it would be $3 or $5. Okay, well, no, I would not like to add anything. What's corporate number and your name with last name. I cant give you my last. Ok, that was fine. She writes it down and brings it back. Then, I asked for the GM(Dennis), and he was not there. She goes and gets Rainey, the hospitality manager, took her 15 minutes to come to the table (KM had to tell her side first). She was fairly nice, though. She listened and also stated that sales were final. Okay, well, how can you help resolve this issue? Can you take something off one of the meals. No, she said. Anyway, after 30 minutes of back and forth, she eventually agreed to give the two disatified customers a $10 gift card. All in all, we spent $355 at Chili's and were not satisfied with our service. Each person there stated they would not be coming back to that location due to how Janiya handled the whole situation. To the general manager please don't leave a child to do a grown person's job. Read moreThis place is horrible. I have tried my best to give this location a chance, but this last visit was my last. I have made multiple visits and each time it has gotten worst. The service is extremely slow and waiters are mediocre at best. The last visit in question was it. I waited an hour for food only for it to be average. Upon requesting for the ticket to be split took an additional 15 minutes. I paid the ticket but was frustrated from the wait; therefore, I didn’t realize the error. So we waited another 10 minutes to get waiters attention. He stated he would get the matter fixed after he tried explaining to me I was wrong; in which he was completely wrong. We sat for another 30 minutes waiting for him and his managers to look like lost puppies trying to figure out the solution. He returns to the table and tells me my money has been refunded and here is the correct ticket. I told him the transaction was still showing pending, he then stated it would eventually. Against my better judgment the ticket was paid and I was handed 2 receipts one saying he had comped the ticket. The other one showing it had been paid. Fast forward a couple days later the amount had posted to my account. I call the location and spoke with the manager on duty and explained the entire situation l. He asked me to wait a few more days and it would reverse; I explained that was not going to happen because it had already hard posted to my account. He then stated he had seen where it would; I informed that was not truthful and I worked for a financial institution and I knew how the process work. His reply was shock and OH. Yes Oh. I gave him the ticket information and my name and number so he could follow up with me as he had promised. I have to go receive a call back or a refund. This is all in thanks to an incompetent waiter by the name of Carl, who from the get go was arrogant and a know it all.
