Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Warner Robins

The Italian ice cream here is amazing. Definitely worth the trip. It's definitely a family favorite for us! I just gave it a low rating for service and atmosphere because when it rains their entrance can be a huge safety hazard and possibly cause someones life. This is not an exaggeration when it involves a precious human life. On our last visit it was pouring rain as customers entered their shoes are dripping wet. They have polished concrete floors so you can imagine what takes place when you walk in, especially if you are walking fast to get out of the rain. My children and I almost slipped. Thank God we didn't. We got in, ordered our ice cream and within seconds another family and a woman after us had the same experience. She kindly tells them about the problem, (something we had mentioned earlier to them) as she is explaining and an older man walks in and hits the ground. He is hurt but out of embarrassment gets up. We all help him get up. Then finally an employee comes out with a wet mop..... Yes, y'all....a wet mop??? I was a bit dumbfounded and confused. They were a bit indifferent about the danger. Very alarming when a simple high traffic commercial rug can help with this problem. So if you want "safe" ice cream go here when it's not raining.

I love coming here! I swear they take all my money! 😂💖 the ladies who work here are incredibly sweet, Lauren & Peyton have the best customer service anyone can ask for. Very cordial and friendly! Quick service, when they’re not on a rush, it can fill up quick during certain hours! I’ve almost tried all the flavors by now, but each one is delicious and beautifully made, I love the layering visuals. I recently got the orange nerds treat, it tasted exactly like a creamsicle but better & fresh, not just a bar in a package you know. Nice place employees are all friendly and eager to help loved what I had it didn't love me though apparently dairy products and all that sugary sweet stuff is not good for me that being said I enjoyed it while I had it so did hubby but we both left out of there not feeling very well after eating what we had for the kids they'll enjoy it and the young adults who can have dairy and perhaps they have stuff that's dairy free I can't recall but I'll give them a good review because they were all very nice quite helpful in offering the best service providing samples before we actually bought what we bought again our eyes are too big so maybe we just ate too much it was good gelato is awesome highly recommend them for a good...
