As a Philly native, these cheesesteaks are a BIG JOKE. Laughable! I understand that it is the South, but paying $10 for a half “PHILLY” cheesesteak is INSANE. I go in and order 2 “Regular” cheesesteak with fried onions. When my food was ready, I looked in the bag to find 2 half cheesesteaks. I thought that they misheard my order. So I returned to the cashier and informed them that I expected my cheesesteak to be 1 whole. And I am missing another cheesesteak. That is when they let me know that a “Regular” is basically a 16” roll cut in half and only the 1 half is sold for $10. That blew my mind! The entire 16” roll(Giant) of cheesesteak was $20. A total rip off and the people in the community is going for it. The various bread rolls are creative but definitely not Philly. In Philly, a regular PHILLY cheesesteak is 16”- all yours. And yes the price for a 16” cheesesteak is roughly $10-$12. If you get a “Belly Filler” “Extra Large”, then you will spend roughly $22-$24 for a 24” cheesesteak that will feed 4 people. I’m going off my FAVORITE CHEESESTEAK PLACE IN PHILLY- LARRY’S. Oh’ and the poppy store sell 16” cheesesteaks for $6. All of PHILLY CHEESESTEAKS ARE ON AMOROSO ROLLS. The steak is good but not worth the price. They should drop “Philly” off of their menu language, because nothing about it is Philly. If you plan to visit Philly, this is how you order a cheesesteak: A cheesesteak Mayo Salt Pepper Ketchup Fried Onions *DO NOT TOAST MY BREAD

5 months pregnant and ordered a ham sub! Got home to eat it and the bread was SO hard, the top part crumbled off! Called back to see what they could do and the manager said nothing.. that their bread is freshly cooked everyday as if it was impossible to have bread from hours earlier.. so I guess it’s my fault the bread is hard and crumbling! I know things happens but I expected better customer service from the manager! Been eating Jersey Mike’s for years and this is the 1st time I’ve ever eaten hard bread! She was so cold hearted and unremorsefil. I’m so disappointed.

2 stars is generous from my experience, run out of lettuce, waited 10 mins in line with only 3 people in the store, my turkey was so mushy my girlfriend thought she was eating tuna, never again unless they want to treat me to a new sandwich made the right way.

If I could give a zero I would, spent a whole day in the hospital couldn't eat all day so after I left hospital I went to get a sub around 7 or 7:30 , ordered a cheese steak gluten free sub because of wheat allergies , employee was going to make my sub when another employee decided he wanted to make himself one so the employee making mine just had to stand there like I did watching this other employee make his food! They gave me chicken instead of steak which I found out once I got home so I called and a girl answered and I told her that the sub I ordered was supposed to be steak not chicken, she told me in between the breaking up of the call to bring it back and they would make it right than the call dropped I called back 10 mins later and a so called manger answered I explained what happened and he turned it back on me saying that I watched them make the sub which I didn't because the part of the counter is to high to see! And then said there was nothing he could do?? Unacceptable!! There are other sub shops who make gluten free subs and firehouse is one of them!!! Untill Jersey mikes makes this right? I will go to firehouse! Poor service and rude service!!!!! And the location of this jersey mikes is on Margie drive...

I went into the Jersey Mike’s on Watson and noticed the assistant manager (unknown at the time) with a nasty look on her face. I decided to ignore it and went to pick up a DoorDash order. As I was about to leave, she suddenly caught an attitude because I didn’t show her the confirmed order directly. I told her it was already confirmed, but she decided to argue with me. I told her that if this is an issue, the managers should train their employees to do what they’re supposed to do!

After dropping off the order, I went back to the store because I felt I DESERVED an apology. When I returned, the employee and another worker were no longer there, and the store was short-staffed. The manager seemed to recognize who I was and caught an attitude herself when I asked for the owner’s number. I told her directly that her behavior was unacceptable.

I’m not trying to get anyone fired, but that type of service is unacceptable! If you don’t like your job, keep that issue at the door. The fact that this was my first visit and I never had a problem with Jersey Mike’s, avoid this store and get a better experience at the one on Hwy 96 which I have been to and loved thanks to the...
