I had the distinct pleasure of not only staying at this wonderful hotel (Aug 31st- Sept 3rd) but also using their event services and the experience was above and beyond my expectations. The hotel looks new or newly remodeled and is particularly clean, comfortable, well appointed and definitely the Marriott standard that you would expect. The hotel staff is friendly, warm and welcoming in every way. The GM Glen Starlnecker was the epitome of a hospitality ambassador. He went out of his way to greet me and other guests to make certain that my stay and that of my guests was pleasant. The real hidden gem is the Bistro! We thought that it was little more than a Starbucks style eatery with prepackaged items but it was not. It is a great spot for breakfast, lunch, later and later fare. During our stay among the things we had were the Egg White Frittata that had a wonderful mixed green salad topping, fresh chopped avocado and salsa, it was so good. We also had the Wings, Tomato and Cheese Flatbread, a fabulous Reuben sandwich, wraps, beer and wine. My great experience with this hotel started even before I arrived when I reached out to a local event production company looking for a referral and was given John Rucker as a contact. With a very short turnaround time I needed a block of 15 rooms plus offsite catering for 100 guests at a venue in the area. As I was planning this important event remotely I needed an expert team on the ground and Marriott took it upon themselves to do two site visits for me to the venue to determine logistical and implementation needs. The tireless Mark Banks worked with me to plan an excellent menu that would suit our taste and handled every single detail while keeping in touch with me via email and voice call. I flew in the night before the event and when the team arrived the next day nearly four hours before the event headed by the "dynamite" Executive Chef Jason De La Sota I was completely blown away. Everything was nothing short of outstanding! The food was absolutely delicious, the catering staff was professional, methodical and attentive. The setup, presentation and well thought out floor plan worked beautifully and I could not have asked for more, it was Marriott Marvelous! This hotel offers 5 star service on every level. You may not need everything that I required but you will get the very best of everything if you choose the Courtyard Marriott Conference Center Warner Robins, GA for your stay and...

Read moreStayed here for one night. Pros: Nice staff, the bistro is open 24/7, room was clean but a little dated. I love that the shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash mounted to the shower wall and it smells lovely. This hotel has a nice sitting area along with a fire pit. The beds are super comfortable and soft. You’re also near many restaurants, Target and grocery stores. Cons: Staff is nice but the customer service is not to desired. I left 2 items there last week and it took multiple calls and several days to find out that the items I left were found. After someone at front desk acknowledged that my items were located, they took my credit card info and told me they they will mail my items via UPS and would email me a copy of the shipping label yesterday. Guess what? No shipping label was received. I called the hotel and spoke to Caroline, who said their manager was out and that per her manager my credit card declined. My credit card should have declined as I know there are enough funds on it, also there was never a follow up call or email to let me know there was an issue with the card so that it could be corrected. Super frustrating because the manager isn’t there today and I keep having to play phone rage to retrieve my items. So again, staff is nice but their customer service skills are terrible. Don’t leave anything there because it’ll take you forever to get them. No microwave in the room, it is located in the marketplace. The computers for guests isn't easy to use. I couldn’t access my email account because I kept receiving an error message saying that the Internet browser on Marriott’s computer is unsupported and unsafe to use. No continental breakfast, however you can order food through the bistro. Fridge is super small but it is cool. Room had a weird old smell but I carry disinfectant and air freshener so I took care it instead of asking to be moved. Luggage cart needs to be replaced, they are super hard to steer and tires on the cart need to be changed. Overall it is an ok place to stay but if you’re able, head to Valdosta and get a...
