Starbucks — Restaurant in Warner Robins

I'll be honest I've been to most Starbucks locations around the states and nothing compares to this Starbucks location. The crew that works here are top notch very friendly and they'll listen to what you order when you tell them and not what did you say or I'm sorry say that again you won't get that here. I am very happy with the customer service/relations they have at this location. The ladies always say welcome to Starbucks with a friendly smile which is nice to see when coming in to order a coffee or something to snack on.

Plenty of parking and some seating area outside when the inside is packed with people talking while enjoying their breakfast, lunch or snack. Yes, the drive thru gets packed but what other Starbucks locations don't get full of customers wanting a drink or snack? It's the way it at times. You could always order from your phone and pick it up in a few minutes if you do not have the time to wait.

Overall experience? I like this place one of the best...

So I’ve been to 3 Starbucks today looking a specific that they carry. And everyone has been out. So when I was told that again at this store I rolled my eyes in frustration and I was just gonna leave cuz I understand that it happens the truck doesn’t come in it is what it is. However the guy there got such an attitude with me. He was like “ you can roll your eyes if you want to I don’t have it.” And I went to explain I’m not mad at him to which he cut me off and said “ oh! I know you’re not mad me!” and went on and on and I said will you stop cutting off and I went on to explain I’m not at him. That I’m just frustrated with the situation cuz the drink isn’t for me it’s for the person watching my kid. And he was just I press a button and they didn’t bring so I can’t do anything about it.

I’ve never had bad service there...

Not friendly service. I made a mobile order and waited patiently at the counter. A girl asked for my name. I said my name and she rudely said "What!" So I repeated my name again. She left my drink on the counter and said nothing.

I was with my father and decided to get a drink for him. I made a mobile order for a Short sized coffee. I waited patiently and noticed the same rude girl making the order. When my order was ready, she said they did not have Short sized cups. The smallest cup size was Tall and I should know this the next time I order.

This is not my problem! The app gives me the option to order a Short size. Either fix the app or get Short sized cups!!!
