A Perfect Meal from Start to Finish

We had an absolutely wonderful lunch at Alfie’s Ristorante—every bite exceeded our expectations!

We started with the fried calamari, which was crisp, tender, and flavorful—perfectly cooked and served with a delicious balsamic reduction and just the right touch of heat from cherry peppers. Easily one of the best renditions we’ve had anywhere.

The salmon salad was fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. The salmon was grilled beautifully—moist and flaky—with a light seasoning that paired perfectly with the greens and house-made dressing. It felt like the kind of dish you could eat weekly and never get tired of—healthy yet deeply satisfying.

And the cannoli…wow. The shell was crisp and golden, and the ricotta filling was rich, smooth, and just sweet enough without being overpowering. A flawless ending to the meal.

On top of it all, the service was warm and attentive, and the ambiance made us feel like we’d discovered a cozy slice of Italy right in Warren.

If you’re looking for authentic Italian food, thoughtful service, and a charming atmosphere, Alfie’s delivers across the board. We’ll...

What an absolute disappointment after reading so many great reviews of this place! The atmosphere was nice, but the food and the service were horrible.

Our waiter barely said 2 words to us, rushed through the specials and never came back to check on us after delivering our entrees where I had to flag him down because my meal was inedible! I ordered the chicken with Caesar salad, it was like eating spoiled fish. I couldn’t eat it and asked for a different salad, which only happened after my husband was finished with his meal (didn’t take long, his chicken was chewy and ended up not eating his either but didn’t want to wait for something else to be cooked).

We ordered desert because frankly we were so disappointed with our meals, how bad could it be? The gelato was basically freezer burned ice cream, gross. The waiter was so busy attending to his ‘regulars’ he didn’t bother to revisit our table even after the disaster of a meal we had. Bill came and it was $150, astonishing for a byob. I would give zero stars if I could. This is NOT authentic Italian food, it was garbage. We will...

This is an upscale fine dining BYOB restaurant in a beautiful location with lots of free easy parking. The restaurant has an elegant ambience with a nice deck for outdoor seating.

We had dinner on a Friday night with another couple. Service was very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Everyone got exactly what they wanted just the way they wanted. The menu is extensive. There is a large party room for private events.

The food was delicious, expertly prepared, and generous portions. The mussels fra diavolo were one of the best we've had, and the tri colore salad was wonderful. The diver scallops, veal chop, and branzino entrees for dinner were superb. The tartuffo and assorted biscotti for desert were terrific.

The complimentary bread served with dinner was fresh and crusty, and the complimentary amaretto and sambuca at the end of the meal was a nice touch.

Being able to bring our own wine was definitely a big bonus.

This is an amazing restaurant that our friends eat at regularly. It was the first time for my wife and me, but we will...

I have driven past this restaurant for many years, with the patio always catching my eye, but this weekend I finally stopped in for dinner. Had a reservation for a girl’s dinner and we were promptly sat at my requested patio table. The patio is beautiful…covered, ambient lighting and seasonal flowers. Service was attentive but not overbearing. We ordered a variety of appetizers (burrata, rice balls and the beef carpaccio) four seafood entrees and two desserts. Everything was fresh, flavorful and delicious. The owner came around and introduced himself, told us a bit of his history, and even gave us complementary dessert liquors to finish off the evening. He was also clearing plates and taking orders, lending a hand, and it was apparent how much pride he takes in his business. Overall we were all impressed and will definitely be back. Seasonally, the patio is just lovely, and the interior dining room was elegant but not fussy, and would serve well for dining or a private party. 10/10, I’ll definitely be back!

We ate at Alfie’s the first time on Mother’s Day. I am so grateful to Alfie, the owner, for fitting us in on such short notice. He was accommodating, friendly and made us feel like we had been there many times before. The service was fantastic, even on a special day no one rushed us out or hurried us. The food itself was delicious! My favorite part is that they put things together that you would never think to. The portions are very generous as well. I highly recommend trying the “Calamari Francesco” it’s like something I never had before. We will definitely be back soon!
