Been here a total of 3 times. First two times were great with no issues. Yesterday was a different story. We had the worst server I've had in many years. We waited a bit before she came over, brought us our drinks and plopped them on the table at the edge and quickly walked away. Took forever for her to come back over to take our order. It took over 30 mins for our food (mind you two other tables that came in a good 15 mins after us done ordered and were eating before ours came) which was not good, chicken was cold im pretty sure they were leftovers from someone elses plate, southwestern egg rolls were cold and soggy soft. The cup of soup was so small literally 5 bites literally 1/3 cup of soup, for 6 bucks i should get a lot more than a third of a cup worth. Never got refills so for a good 20 mins sitting there during our meal we had nothing to drink. Your customers cup should never empty you should be asking if they want a refill especially when you see their empty cup at the edge of the table for almost a half an hour. I noticed the way she was with the other two tables vs how she was with us. 100% racist so i couldnt complain about anything in fear they would do more to the food than what was already done. We waited 15 mins for a bill that never came when i ask she looks at me like im an idiot i asked to see the bill then tells me its on the device on the table, which will charge you even though you choose a game on it that was supposed to be free btw, i notice prices are different than what was on the menu for starters then i notice a charge for a game that was supposed to be free because tic tac toe was the only one without a price. (I go out to eat maybe twice a year, first time I've never got an actual bill) Manager finally takes it off but the way they came about it was completely unprofessional. That server needs training on customer service or tell her to treat everyone equally instead of treating certain people certain ways. This will be my last visit here. Highly disappointed. The server should actually be fired for that...

I'm 47 and my visit on 3/10/24 is by far the ABSOLUTE most awful dining experience I've ever had. There was literally ZERO enjoyable moments in the entire experience Prime heavy traffic location with a half empty parking lot at dinner time was first bad indication but I took a chance. Upon entering I noticed the restaurant was AT BEST 20% full However we were told there was a 5-10 minute wait despite any other customers waiting and almost all tables empty. My first instinct was to leave because it was so ridiculous but I made a poor choice and decided to give it a chance Within 10 minutes we were seated but nothing had even changed. We were seated with NO silverware and afterwards a waitress took a simple order of coke,2 waters and chips/salsa was incorrect. We were instructed to put our coupon for free chips/salsa into kiosk but it wasn't working. Nearly 30-40 minutes later...our waitress finally returned for our food order despite it being so slow. We still never got utensils or napkins. We had to retrieve our own utensils from host stand but still no napkins. Our food was finally brought an hour later but had the entrees mixed up and mushrooms were on the wrong steak. They brought the entrees back seconds later which means they just transferred the mushrooms from one steak to another. The mushroom taste was still clearly on the other other smaller steak. I was assured the manager would remove the chips/salsa from coupon but kiosk was still showing charge. The waitress told me to just pay the FULL charge on kiosk and the reduced amount should be chargedš Overall the food, service and experience was INEXCUSABLY poor in so many ways I can't count. Based on other reviews....this was NOT a one time experience. This is a normal everday experience....please do NOT patronize...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe burger was overcooked badly. It was all charred when we asked for rare. Then the sliders in the app were all charred and you had no taste but the charred burnt crust on it. We sent both my triple dipper back and the burger. The second time around my husbands burger was not what he had asked for, but it was pretty obvious they reused the same buns for his burger and for the sliders. The slider buns when my triple dipper can back were almost hard and way over toasted. The chicken strips were way over cooked and dry, so I know they reheated those. And they were so greasy that the grease was all over the plate. By the time that my food came back to me, after I sent it back the first time, I had to eat it. It was horrible. This Chili's has been horrible for a long time. The cooks can't cook. The waitstaff is inattentive. It took the bartender who was our waitress, too, 10 minutes to bring us napkins and silverware. We asked for more of the ranch for the egg rolls, 5 minutes later we got it. She had attitude after asked for silverware and our waters. She apologized about being busy when we came in, yet, there was a blonde waiting on the table across from us who was more interested in talking to that high top of an older woman and her two young teenagers than helping. There were finally two other waiters in the area by the tine we left, but any time we asked for help, these women ignored us and turned their back on us. The one who served the food, actually was talking to the manager or kitchen staff and said that our table had all of our food and was finally happy. Seriously? Finally? When customers are served the wrong food and it is over cooked and burnt like the burgers were, you bet the customer is not going to be happy.
