McDonald's — Restaurant in Warren

Service was not the greatest. If I could give it 0 stars I would. If I was the owner of this franchise, I would be ashamed of how ran down this business has been poorly managed. It’s been a long while since I’ve had McDonald and I so happened to be my old neighborhood so I ordered a large fry and milkshake. Took about 15 mins from the time I ordered until I got to the first drive through window to pay. First impression was the young lady was on her phone watching some video on her phone, she had this sort of attitude that I was wrong for disrupting her and making her do her job. She proceeded to run my total and sent me about my way. Gives me my card back with no receipt. That’s fine by me but clearly the second window adds more icing to their poor service. Took about another 15 minutes from the first drive thru window and between the second drive thru window to get my food. (I initially thought that the 2 vehicles infront of me had extremely large orders which explains the long wait time, but having paid close attention they only received 1 small bag of order. This is when I realized they were just slow workers). Upon finally pulling up to the second drive thru window, the young lady immediately asks me what my order was. I tell her and she also asks if I had a medium milkshake. I cleared her confusion that I ordered a large. She asks for my receipt, which I told her that I never received one from their colleague that was at the first window. She gives me this stinking attitude as if I was lying to her and I was trying to get a free upgraded meal. (Mind you I paid $8.14 for this order). They proceed to get the right size of the milkshake I ordered and as she hands me my bag of fries, I quickly look inside the bag only to find that the container the fries were in was indeed a large but with medium amount of fries loaded into it. I pull the container of fries out of the bag and show her and politely ask if she could top it off. She quickly retorts with the ugliest attitude and says “no, because that’s what you ordered” (I’m thinking to myself, was I supposed to order a supersize bag of fries in order to get a large amount portion of fries in the bag!?!) I then get my bag of fries with much attitude that came with it. Also, I must mention it took them almost 5 minutes to get me my correct order of fries and no salt added and fries were soggy and cold. Corporate, please do something about this terrible location. The people that run this place gives McDonald’s as a whole a really bad name. Truly disappointed and I hope changes are made soon so paying customers don’t have to deal with terrible food and worse terrible service....

The Front Line is understaffed for pickup orders and for customers not using the kiosk. The kitchen had 2 team members preparing the food & drive thru had 2 team members as well...1 taking orders and another team member dropping fries & packing orders for the drive-thru ONLY. There was NO ONE on Front Line.

I had to call out to catch the attention of the drive-thru order packer who after standing at the front line for 8 minutes took my order and rang me up for extra toppings I did not ask for and I was charged for it as well. I brought it to the attention of the order taker. She grabbed her wallet & refunded me for the extra items & stated it was "STUPID TO PULL UP THE RECEIPT AND REFUND IT". Actually, it was stupid to ring up toppings that the customer didn't order in the first place then not read the order back to the customer to insure things were accurate. Unfortunately, my order was still incorrect b/c she didn't correct THE ORDER. Instead this brainiac just dug in her coin purse to "refund" the money without correcting her screw up and my order was prepared incorrectly.

A manager/staff member was inspecting and taking pics of the drink machine in the lobby and stood up on the counters with her dirty shoes to do so and NEVER wiped down the counters. #Disgusting. I reached out to a Team Member/Asst Manager and they took disinfectant to clean up the many foot prints on the counter #Disgusting. On the positive side though, the outside of the store, parking lot and lobby was CLEAN (except the lobby drink station counter 👣) and the ladies bathroom was SPOTLESS.

Lastly, there was no ice, soft drinks, water in the lobby machine and there were no napkins, condiments (ketchup) or straws in the lobby either. When I finally received my food order, everything except the fries were cold b/c my order was bagged and just sat in the bag while drive-thru orders were prioritized then fries were made fresh and tossed in my bag...hence cold food EXCEPT the the hit, fresh fries. #Trifling. Also, the food was surprisingly bland. I have NEVER had a bland Fillet-O-Fish until this visit. Even the yummy tatar sauce was flavorless. I just don't get it.

It is very clear that this McD's location is woefully UNDERSTAFFED (4-5 people for the entire restaurant) with the sole focus placed on the drive-thru ONLY. Then team members lack good morale, organizational skills and are nonchalant, which affects quality. Either way, I will not be returning to...

Came in around 4, the dinning room and kitchen was really messy.. The women who works the front counter took their time to address customers at the front counter as if they were busy.. Very melancholy, obvioisly didnt want to serve, which is kind of understandable consider the conditions people have to work under but it seemed like she had a problem with the people she had to serve. The manger was just floating around talking to people& making jokes, after oir orders were taken she came to the front.. Loudly addressed how she didnt feel the need to help the people waiting up front because shes had a busy day as if we were insignificant... She was just talking away having a grand ol time. I didnt expect my food to be a certain way but my burger was made so sloppy with near no condiment, the sausage biscut they served, looked like it had been out for a couple hours, the cheese on it was actually worrysome, the food was rock hard. Just all and all bad service, POOR management!! disrespectful crew!!!!! the food didnt upset but the service did, &the cleaniness of the establishment. Please talk to someone, id only go back there to test that crew again& give more of a review. It...
