Well it finally happened i've been going to this Popeye's Chicken in Warren for the past 4 months. 1st of all the people on the other side of the counter play around too much they're not Professional. And Poorly Trained... And that goes for management as well... Corporation. Should Really. Take a look at this location and give Management and crew. Retraining In Customer service Professionalism With working with the public and To adapt. a Better Disposition when Serving the Public/ Customers?.. My problem today was that I was so ready for spicy chicken... the chicken was so small. The wings look like Cornishhens... I asked the server to replace it or perhaps give me another one To make up for the super small pieces... "I ordered a 5 piece"... she went to her supervisor... she came out very unprofessional. She inform me. that the server should not have given me wings and legs That's some breast and Thighs. Should have been in the Box Instead...Because the box should be of mixed pieces... I just ordered a Five piece with two sides "Breast and thighs in a five piece"🤔 "OK"!... But don't come out with a attitude And said that's how our pieces come now very small... Well if you're serving very small chicken you should give more pieces or lower the price In my opinion .... and so I Politely told her Ok this is Unsatisfactory and She could have her food back and And I would like a refund... she did that not even a Sorry you had a bad experience sorry I couldn't make it better for you here at Popeye's... she took her time to give me my credit card. Refund... I said Thank you and she just looked at me and I walked out And went to kFC right across the street and had the best Meal of the day. "The Pieces Of Chicken were adequate to the price I paid". Today popeye's chicken At the Six ninety six and Hoover location SUCKED!!! Read moreHonestly, I don't know why I keep trying to come back to this location. Every time I try and go the line is either super super long or it just doesn't move or both. I am fully aware that with the current climate of the world everyone is extremely short staffed and I work customer service, I have my whole life, so I get it. I'm not one to leave reviews like this because I know everyone has bad days but literally every single time I try and go to this location it's always the same thing. Today the line wasn't long so I'm like oh great we're gonna get food super quick. The line did not move for 20 minutes and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Then I then I sat at the speaker to order my food, once I finally got there, for 5 minutes without anyone saying anything. I finally had to say "hello" for someone to rudely say "just a moment" and then I sat there for another 3 minutes in complete silence while the line ahead of me of people getting their food kept moving. All you really need in this business is communication with your customers if you would have just said Hey I will be with you as soon as I can we're really behind or short staffed I would have completely understood and been less irritated. All you have to do is communicate and not be rude and then you're not gonna get rude customers back or get nasty reviews like this that will hurt your business. My husband also called to try and see what was taking so long cause I had been there for 30 minutes at this point and the person who answered the phone said ""what do you want want" I don't know about you but that's not the way you handle customer service busy or not. Read more6/11/2024: This location no longer has chicken nuggets. You must be kidding. Who doesn't have chicken nuggets? Maybe take them off the menu if you no longer serve them. I'll be back maybe when the nuggets come back.
7/27/2023: No mac-n-cheese AGAIN. 25-minutes waiting in the drive thru AGAIN. Looks like they have plenty of employees behind the counter. I think it’s time for a 6 month no Popeye's break for me. Hopefully others do the same until they can get it together or go out of business.
7/13/2023: After my last experience, I haven't been back in a long time but everything was great! What happened? My order was super fast and completely correct for the first time in well, ever. Wow!
9/21/22: Looks like everything's back to normal at Popeye's - cars in the drive thru lined up around the parking lot or simply leaving like I did. Someday Popeye's will go out of business and it's easy to figure out why.
MAY 2022: I left. After waiting in the usual long drive thru line they tell me no chicken sandwiches, no nuggets and a long list of other items. I usually expect a long wait for no reason at Popeye's but no chicken, give me a break. The couple in front of me found something to order and they said it would be 15 minutes.
