forman mills has more of an organized approach then this place. i have now tried my best with an open heart to go here and actually have a good experience.. & it was yet another disappointing tripā¦. it felt like a mix between a broke down marshallās and the walmart at 12& gratoit in roseville. Iām pretty good at making excuses for people, but the manager I dealt with last night was absolutely rude by myself working in customer service and thereās no way I would still have a job if I handled a customer as he handled me. Cause I have an honest mixup of the signs that were placed out, But honestly, the mixup happened so easily.. nothing And I mean, nothing was in the correct spot.. You had full price items in a clearance rack for seven dollars, yet iām the one who canāt readā¦iām the one who wasnāt loooking in the right spot if you ask the manager š I was looking at two different racks for shirts for 6 for $10 and long and behold⦠they Where a part of the same deal, but they werenāt because one was juniors and one was notā¦. But the way the manager handled himself last night and especially with the cashier I had she just seemed like she hated her job. She seems so burnt out overworked and tired. Customer Service was honestly just garbage. I feel like I wouldāve had better customer service at the harbor freight next-door then i did here.. This place has good potential but the staff thatās there currently get rid of them all.. shoppers world your employees are costing you more money then you can afford to lose. clean house, clean the store up again, and maybe youāll have Better clientele...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI shopped here about a week ago. I was leaving Harbor Freight, next door, so I decided to stop in. The store was very clean, and every look for, was available, and they were completely stocked. The staff were very friendly, and polite. The only problem I experienced, was having to wait in the line, with only 2 registers open. Smh...I waited patiently, and I found myself picking up extra items, that I had no intention on buying, previously. But the whole line was filled with all kinds of tempting products.I started to feel like, the 2 registers...the items in the line, and how the line was wrapped in products, like,Marshall or T.J. Max...i was like, "hmmm" has all of this been done by design?...is a marketing scheme to make us spend more???? Lol...if it was,it worked, because i think i added an additional $30 bucks to my tab...and then once i made it to the register, the beautiful lady, informed me that I had to wait for the other register to become available, because she didn't take returns at her register, which was the 1st. register Smh Lol...I kindly said," Nooo problem" because I had been reading the wall above the registers, and it clearer said,"RETURNS AT THE 2nd REGISTER ONLY"...I was just hoping she would able to do it. But,it was cool, and I'll definitely be back to patronize them, and kick it with them again, because they were real cool. Take...

It's a fast option for fast growing boys. I don't know how long it will last but it was great to find something similar I was searching for.
The customer service was ok.
They do not accept returns on under garments, even if it has the factory seal intact and has not been opened.
I purchased 2 sizes for my son. He picked the size he thought was best (he told me they fit well after wearing them 2 days this week).
However, I could not return the size he did not pick. It was a waste of $9. Be sure you only purchase what you know is needed for a proper fit. Also, look for the signs stating the return restrictions, I missed them. It may also help if the cashier tells the customer again before cashing them out.
I also didn't see the sign at the open register. Two signs were placed at the closed registers.
However, the huddies purchased for my other son fit well, he is...
