Crazy Crab — Restaurant in Warren

Terrible! To start, they have a "policy" that dine in must pay 15% gratuity, although the service sucks. Then tried to charge me 20%+ on my bill!! Ordered two steam bags with the garlic butter...so much garlic it was literally un edible and I love garlic. Ordered fried shrimp basket to try something else and that was even bad! Fried shrimp!? It was sweet like it had cinnamon or something I it, which was not an appealing taste. I have NEVER wasted food, especially when my meal was $135!!! we ate hardly any of it and wasn't worth carry out box to take home because it was so bad. Server never came back to table to refill drinks which we drank quickly because our food tasted terrible. Gratuity is for bad service.. would say if you want seafood go to red lobster down the street. Would not recommend this place, and I don't write reviews often but this was just too terrible and expensive to not share my opinion to save someone the hassle. Oh and the TV next to our table was on a loop and we had to listen to the same thing over and over and the bathroom was out of order!!!! Save your money,...

PORK SAUSAGES, Poor quality seafood, and salty boils! I've been to Crazy Crab in Warren about 5 times, the first two being in 2020, when the quality and prices were on par. I thought I would give the establishment an opportunity to correct quality issues, one being unclean shrimp, but that never happened. The quality the last three visits were subpar and tonight's visit will be my last.

Tonight I went for a smaller boil only containing potatoes, corn, and sausage. Before ordering, I asked if the sausage were pork based and was assured that they are smoked turkey sausage, no pork. The sausages are PORK! I don't eat PORK. I'm disgusted and sick to my stomach! They lied for an extra $7??? Because of the lie and previous experiences, I will not be visiting for any other reason than to retun the PORK sausages they serve. Don't trust this establishment!!! It's very disgusting that they lied about something so small to get an extra buck. They lost one of the few customers...

Been to better seafood boils. Sat for lunch & they’re already telling us that tip will be included in the bill. Gave us one metal spoon when asked for two. Asked again, gave us a plastic spoon. Dips came in packets. Rice served in styrofoam boxes. Seems like the place only have stuff for take out, and not for dine-in. The seafood boil was a but more expensive than the usual place we go to, and had less options in the bag. Requested cajun sauce and it was super oily, with chunks of unmixed cajun seasoning in it. Mussels were not cleaned. Shrimp & crab were okay. Corn was mushy. Sausage was extra cost.
