Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Warren

Fast friendly service as always, good coffee, way better than STARBUCKS, great breakfast sandwiches, high recommend coming here. New staff members. Only problem is ordering and paying through the app. Have tried several times with no luck..update ...I have been able to accomplish this..

Unfortunately on my visit 3/9/24..was sub par. The ordering and staff were great. It was when I needed to use the restrooms. The stall was filthy and toilet paper all over it. The urinal had what look like weeks worth of urine all over the floor. Soap dispensers were dirty as well as the sink. The restroom could definitely need some love.

The only other thing was a gentleman seemed to be talking on his phone out in the dining room area but then he had fell asleep while sitting in the banquet. He had placed his head on two different tables and hands. So I hope the tables are a least cleaned. Only state this as the first table I went to sit down at was dirty with crumbs still all over it.

Lastly, listened to two employees complaining and talking about quiting due to no hours and how one other female employee quit for the same reason. Ironically, the shop has a Now Hiring Sign in the window. Times...

Worst service could not get my coffee right wich was not hard xlarge 6-6 and my pretzel bagels were hard as a rock and burnt and loaded with salt, looked more like a salt bagel. I uploaded a couple of pics of my burnt pretzel bagel and my dog who loves pretzel bagels and eats them with me she took 1 sniff and turned her head so I had to take a snap of that and sure enough she sniffed again and turned away not wanting the bagel once AGAIN!!! That is pretty bad when my dog usually runs with them to her little favorite spot and eats them to turning her head and did not want nothing to do with it... I say if your dog wont eat it Then follow step and don't eat it. I went to call to complain when I got home to find out they were closed go figure...I probaly got the stale bagels and then burning them double trouble yuck!! Me and Missy was not to happy not to share a pretzel bagel together like we do almost like clock work...I never been to that Tim Hortons just happened to stop in since it was not far from where I was before getting on the freeway going home...Last time I make a stop there unless they offer to replace my order with soft fresh pretzel bagels with barely no salt and a xtra...

I arrived at this Tim Horton’s location at 3:40 pm on Thursday, April 17. I walked over from the hotel that shares a parking lot. My first issue is: the lobby was closed in the middle of the afternoon with no explanation - no signs saying they were closed, only “leave us a 5 star review and get a donut”. I walk to the drive-thru window (because I walked from my hotel) and the associate opened the window looking… scared. When asked why the lobby wasn’t open, she said, “I’m here by myself so the lobby isn’t open.” I wanted to inquire if I could still order but she walked away. We waited, and she came back. When asked “okay well can we still order?” she replied, with an attitude, “I know it sucks, but I can’t do that.” and slammed the window. I understand being overwhelmed and disgruntled with being understaffed, but to project it onto potential paying customers is absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, this could have been completely avoided if there was a sign somewhere that said “drive-thru only”. Simple but effective fix. I just wanted a matcha latte! And I got a bad...
