Last Friday, January 17, 2025. I went and visited a friend in Warren. Decided to order takeout at Burger King in this location: 11 mile and hoover. This Burger King has got to be one of the worst I've ever been too. Ordered two medium size whopper with cheese meals. One special made. I requested onion rings. The guy on the speaker said they don't have any onion rings. What BK does not have onion rings? I hate BK french fries. Went with the fries as I had no choice. Anyhoo the total was $23.68 for the two whopper meals. This BK is super slow omg!! 20 minutes in the drive thru lane. Finally I pulled up to the drive thru window. Paid with my credit card. The worker asks me twice what I ordered. Can't the worker read the order screen. Suddenly he says they have onion rings now lol. What the heck. I said yes let's go with the onion rings. This is crazy but the manager who was packing the bag order asked me what I ordered as well. Where do they get these workers is my question. My food order was all messed up badly. I should have checked the bag before I left but was waiting in that drive thru for 20 minutes. Only 1 whopper sandwich and 1 medium fry.. should have been two whopper sandwiches and two onion rings. Unbelievable! So disorganized and the customer service is absolutely horrible. Not to mention the price gouging ripoff menu prices at BK. Sick Sick Sick.. God forbid the BK CEO doesn't get any richer. I didn't bother going back as the roads were snow filled and slippery. $23.68 for 1 dam whopper sandwich and 1 medium fries đ. Their medium size looks like a small size. RIDICULOUS! I hope Burger King closes down one day. The sooner the better. The greed is getting much worse everywhere. One of the worst fast food restaurants ever. Sloppily prepared whopper sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, et cetera. Food doesn't even taste that good as it is. 0 stars and that BK needs new workers including the supervisor and/or...
Read moreWhile the food has been consistently ok and standard for a BK, the night drive thru is a horrible experience. Expect no less than 5-10 minutes per car, no matter if it's 1 or 5 cars waiting. The people running the window apparently can only do 1 task at any given time, and even then it's at a snail's pace. I've sat waiting to pay for my food at the window while the girl took like 3 cars worth of orders before even acknowledging my existence. To top it off, when you are finally handed your food, 9/10 times they barely look at you, much less apologize for waiting 20 minutes for a whopper meal. I've worked at 2 separate burger kings in the past, and I know there are timing standards and every store is supposed to keep up to those standards as best as possible. The fact that this type of service has been happening unchecked for this long only shows that this BK's management is not worried about standards, and that should be enough to scare customers away.
Went back today 4/4/24 at around 7:40 pm. 15+ minutes in line and the only person that got their food was the girl taking money at the first window. Didn't see a single car get any food, but she had plenty of time with the long line of people to eat in plain view of the drive thru. After getting to watch her eat for 15 minutes I drove off without my food. I feel sorry for these people, if you can't even handle working at burger king, there really is no hope for your future. There is no...
Read moreChecked my bag before taking off and was missing my youngest daughters Large order of onion rings, BBQ sauce for my other daughters nugget meal and the 2 meals that were ordered I asked for them to be in a seperate bag. After having enough time to look through my bag to find the missing items a total of 4 minutes went by before the long haired blonde girl came back to the window (6 cars I could see behind me) she gave me an attitude and said she did put BBQ sauce in there and that the onion rings were not rung up. So she gave 1 BBQ sauce (while the receipt says 2, but missing anyways) then rang me up for the Large Onion ring (which with the inconvenience should have been free considering my order was over $30.00) Then the guy with the ear piece that took my order came over to her at her computer touching buttons and I tried explaining to her that he took my order and didnt add my onion rings, nor seperate the meals, and I ordered that I wanted BBQ sauce. I then asked if she was the manager because she wasnt looking at me when I was talking to her after her giving me a attitude and the guy said he was, with a rude smile. I was in utter shock that he was the manager. đ± Then he just rudely said have a nice day. When it was 11pm. I cannot believe these people can work in the public sector and then have the audacity to assume they should be making anything over minimum wage which is...
