The individual with colored hair was dismissive and rude when I inquired about a product's price, which was advertised as being on sale. When I asked for clarification, he became agitated and began yelling at a colleague in a foreign language. He then directed his rudeness towards me, despite my polite and courteous inquiry. Furthermore, when I asked another staff member about the price of a product without a price tag, I was given a quote, only to be told by the same individual that the price was significantly higher. It appeared that he was arbitrarily determining prices, which was unsettling. I was beyond pissed I bought a bad product, and I couldn’t get a cash refund, and I had to argue about store credit, the guy who works the register is severely special needs and I understand everyone needs a job but every time it’s a horrible experience with him, and the fact that I bought a product at literally 9:50pm and tried to return it at 9:00 am shows you something and I still did my daughters hair I showed him proof of the awful human hair and still no customer help and it’s like people work hard for their money don’t treat your customers like the money...
