Hoover Eleven — Local services in Warren

Destiny Dental when they first opened was a nice dental office. I just went for an appointment after a year and was shocked. There were broken cheap chairs in the waiting room and it was not as clean as it should be for a dental office. I used the bathroom while I was there and if I could of waited I would have. After being taken to my room where I waited for 2 hours, I got to actually look around and take note of the state of the facility. Paint was scraped of the walls all over and they were dirty, they have tv’s in all the rooms for the kids except most of them no longer have a picture you can actually see, no one bothered to tell me why I was waiting so long. The over all impression is no one there really cares about the office or patients. Its very run down and Hoover 11 should be ashamed to let a business operate like that. It makes the shopping complex look bad along with the neighborhood. atleast make them take care of the TV’s and broken furniture and cleaning every night would be great! Definitely NOT my 7-11 at 18 mile and Hayes! This store has the normal stuff BUT floor is always dirty, drink stations a sticky disaster, coffee thick and old and clerks talk on their phones while they check you out. I've bought more than one item that was expired, displays are a wreck and it has that sickening sweet stick smell or sweat and spilled drinks. Glass on cooler doors always have finger prints. I KNOW that times during the day they get slammed and need to catch and clean up but I stop here at least twice a week (at different times) and have been doing so for over 5 yrs and I have NEVER ONCE seen a clerk mopping the floor, cleaning a drink station or straightening up. I've been going to Hoover 11 for over 30 years now and I've watched it grow up and down those 30 plus years I've watched it thrive and I've watched it go downhill but it's always been one of my favorite places to shop because it's so close to my house and it's just one of those places that feels like my shopping center because it's like practically kind in my backyard and feels like home personally I enjoy all the places and stores in the shopping center right now and I don't mind shopping any single one of them so that's why I give them all the stars I can and recommend them. don't write them off, give the stores a chance, there's some...
