I came here a month or so ago, and had a very bizarre experience. Everything was just so bad. To start, it took about a half hour for us to get our drinks..I thought our server had forgotten about us. Nonetheless we eventually place our orders. We get our sides but we still have no silverware, it took about 15 minutes to even get that, and eventually had to get another server to grab it for us.
When our food finally comes out, my sister got the wrong entree. It wasn't far off, but it wasn't right, it would have been a couple dollars more. My sister explains this to the server who tells her "no problem I'll just take this away and I can have them remake it", which would be fine if we hadn't already been there over an hour. So we explain it's fine, but we should be charged for the dish we ordered. This for some reason really confuses the server, who proceeds to tell us "she will not debate it with us" and takes the plate. To which I just say, nevermind leave it, whatever.
We never see our server again. Eventually to get our bill we need to ask for the manager, who was also pretty rude. We say it's fine, no big deal we just want our check so we can leave. Eventually we're able to pay and leave. After about 3 1/2 hours, mind you the place wasn't busy at all. There were dishes stacked up from other tables being placed all around us, instead of being taken to the back. Which I probably wouldn't have cared had everything else not been so bad, but yeah it was pretty dirty in there.
We just wanted to go out for a quick dinner and instead it turned into a 3 1/2 hour ordeal where we were barely waited on, and when we were, the staff was just plain rude.
I'm a server myself and am always very understanding of issues when going out to eat, because I get it. But this was just unacceptable, I've never been to a place with such bad service and...
Read moreI was a customer on 10/16 at 8pm a party of 3. First of all we were seated in some random seats near the bar. I reserved a head of time so I was a bit irritated we got shuffled to the corner in the front lobby near a bar with a kid. Why would they not put us in the actual dining room?! Our waitress was nasty! I asked her about drink recommendations. Her answer was “I don’t drink” well what about food? “I don’t eat here”. Like aren’t you a waitress where is your energy. Where are your recommendations. She was dry and stale I can’t believe she was hired to work in customer service. Instantly she killed our mood. We waited over an hour. Was served biscuits one time. I asked her can we get more. Why isn’t she bringing out fresh biscuits. She then proceeded to tell us it was a big party and they was more of a priority. They took all the biscuits. Excuse me? What kind of waitress says this to a paying customer. It was my 11 year old first time eating lobster. First time at Red Lobster she and the food ruined my son experience! His food was tough and disgusting . My food was so gross I couldn’t eat it. I ordered the Salmon New Orleans it was full of skin and guck! Just gross. My bill was $154. I started to call my bank and dispute my payment that’s how pissed I was about my experience. The lobster punch taste like sweet syrup. The worse drink ever! The under the sea drink was decent. That’s the only good thing. The male supervisor black guy with braces and dreads was so sweet he tried to make it better it was too late. I will NEVER come back to this location. I live near the Hall rd location completely different experience. They need to take notes. Fire the cook and that waitress asap....
Read moreThe server was the most disgusting disrespectful worst thing I’ve ever encountered. On Friday October 27th @ 7pm my girlfriend and I dined in. We told the server we wanted to start with water and lemons. For our cocktails I first asked before ordering did the restaurant offer lemon drops the server asked and told me yes. I ordered a strawberry lemon drop with house tequila and an appetizer of lobster queso. My girlfriend ordered the Tito’s twisted lemonade. My appetizer looked like it had been warmed up multiple times, crunchy too and the server brought me back a lemon drop no strawberry no salt on the rim nothing. Then I told the bartender I asked did strawberry, instead of her remaking the drink she brings syrup. I kindly declined as I didn’t want a smoothie. My girlfriends drink was not the best it was tooo thick for her to even drink. Our food came out an hour and 30 minutes later… my girlfriends sauce on her dragon shrimp was on the side, she never asked for it to be on the side. We grabbed the server to say that her order was incorrect the server was so upset that she decided to tell us it didn’t make a difference. I would imagine she didn’t clearly hear our order as she was on the phone and not offering us her undivided attention. She instructed us to have a blessed day instead of fixing the issue. The customer is always right as we are the ones paying for it I feel like we could’ve gotten met half way.
I will never in life come there again. Wouldn’t recommend to a roach. If I could rate this 0 I would. I called back to speak with the manager she was more concerned why we left a full meal untouched opposed to sitting and waiting until someone came...
