Worst service ever!
On Vacation and Traveling with the family I decided to stop by pickup pizza for the kids at 7pm. Waited in lobby to order and was the third person in line but no staff ever came to the counter so after 20 mins patiently waiting I decided to order online. Once I submitted the order an employee finally came to counter and help other customers . I was like cool I should skip the line like they stated and our order should be out 8:13pm - 8:18pm and pickup from portal. While waiting I figured I let the our 5 kids out one by one to use the restrooms before hitting the road again .
After kids were back from using the restrooms I remembered I forgot drinks so I went up to the counter to try and add a 2l liter and employee had no idea how so he went to get help but couldn’t find anyone to help him. I just told him I just want to purchase it separately.
I walked back outside to our vehicle to give them the 2 liter and tried coming back in the door was locked . I knock on the door no employees were at the counter and two customers refused to acknowledge I was there and wouldn’t open the door for me. I waited 10 mins knocking on the door before two employees came behind the counter and finally guy gestures 1 min.
I waited another 5 mins and then he comes to the door and said lobby is closed. Don’t you see the sign. I explained to him I’ve been here for an hour trying to order and you already know I’m here to pickup my order from the pizza portal . He responded back with lobby is closed at 8pm . I told him since y’all can’t do your jobs and take customers order I did it for you made your job easier.
You all clearly seen us going in and out using the restrooms Especially I just bought a 2 liter at 7:58 according to my receipt. How are customer going to pickup food from portal if lobby is closed at 8pm. Why is the online ordering allowing customers to pickup inside after 8pm?
Finally, Manager came out and said please don’t raise my voice at her employees and they are “Children” and new . I explained I wasn’t yelling but only frustrated as I see employees stand / staring around not doing anything and I’m over here outside for 5 mins knocking and was clearly being acknowledged and felt ignored.
She became rude so I gave her a price of my mind. I told her I own multiple restaurants in ohio and she shouldn’t have “children” working unsupervised if they are still in training and that’s not how restaurants should operate. She responded this isn’t a restaurant it’s a pizza store lol. I told her no it’s a restaurant that sells pizza and that has children as employees. I also let her know her children has been mixing up orders and giving wrong orders out. That’s when she lost it and said would unlike a refund . I said hell yes I don’t want to eat food that made by children. I waited another 3 mins before I walked out without a refund because even she didn’t know how to do it. I said I’ll just call my credit card company and do a chargeback .
Do your self a favor stay away from this location until all these “children” are fired and they’ve hired...
Read moreYou'd be better off spending the extra and going to dominos or papa johns or pizza hut. This isn't the first time this happened to me but it will be the last. Around 6pm 11/22/23 I drove around to see that the drive through was full so i went home and ordered online. I ordered a stuff crust PEPPERONI pizza right and when i picked it up and went home it a a stuff crust cheese pizza. I looked at the receipt to make sure i didnt mess up and it read pepperoni on it so i called and had to wait 10 minutes until i got someone who told me to come back in and my pizza was just being put in the oven. I go back with the cheese pizza and receipt and hand it to them and they go in the back and i can hear the say he just messed up the order its online. I saw the receipt and it said pepperoni so i know i didnt mess up for sure. The lady comes back and say i can keep the pizza and they are making mine right now. This entire time i kept my expression calm and i smiled and waited because they were busy and everyone messes up sometimes its cool. I wait for another 40 minutes and i finally get my pizza the entire time i was there the women working where YELLING in the back at eat other about stuff everything was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I was just ready to leave. Then my pizza came. I said thank you and smiled and walked out as nice as can be. I get home and my pepperoni pizza was sloppy and just tossed together. The bread wasnt even cooked all the way. Tossed them both in the trash and decided to forget about it. 14 bucks isn't worth the hassle of dealing with what i just went through. For now on, I'm going to anything but little Ceasars and I encourage others to...
Read moreHad a hard day at work and didn't feel like cooking so I said why not order a couple cheese pizzas for the kids. I bypass a place closer to me because of the area it's in to go to this location, thinking because it's in a better area I'd get better service. Boy was I wrong. I called my order in at 7:15 pm. They said it would be 25 minutes. Since the lobby is closed I was sent through the drive thru. I know the line is usually long so I sat for like 5 minutes to make the 12 minute drive. I pulled in the parking lot at 7:33pm. Do you know what time I got to the speaker? 8:15! Why is the lobby closed? Why don't they make patrons who did not call ahead pull over and wait so those who did can get their stuff and move on. That's why I called ahead. I mention when I get to the speaker that I ordered my pizza an hour previously. I get to the window at 8:35! I repeat how long I've been waiting again. The guy asks do I want a pop. I'm thinking he's offering it to compensate me for my extremely long wait time. It took a second. He couldn't find my order. On the phone I told them the order was for Rita but somehow they took down Tina. I finally pay and get my pizza. I ask about the pop he mentioned. He asked did I order one. I'm like wait a minute, you just asked if I wanted one. Just nothing offered to compensate for the ridiculously long wait time. Not even an apology. The pizza was sloppily made. One pizza was thin crust on one side and deep dish on the other. No lie. The thin crust side was good but I didn't care for the deep dish. My children enjoyed it though. I will never come back here again. I'll go to the one I pass on my way home. Their pizza is always...
