Rainbow Shops — Local services in Warren

This new location won’t last long (Hoover and 11 mile). The store manager and other employees are terrible and extremely rude. You won’t ever be greeted or asked if you need any assistance. The security guard follows women around as if everyone is a thief. These women are very messy and they exhibit the average behavior you would expect from people who are unhappy with the job and wages, but they truly can’t earn more. The two times I’ve been here I’ve witnessed them talk about customers in the dressing room or others who have left the store. Don’t you realize these people help you get a check?? Rainbow corporate needs to retrain their staff on proper customer service an not having “personal” conversations on the floor. I won’t spend another dime here. Very rude employees. I purchased an item 08/30 at a different location. Just stopped in at this rainbow because it was in the area. I had the receipt and item new with the tag. The African American middle aged woman with a short hair cut said " oh i can't read the bottom of this receipt, you have to take it back to them, you spilled something on the bottom of the receipt I can't scan this". She walked away from the counter leaving me dumbfounded because just the lower section of the receipt was unreadable. The item number, purchase price, total price, form of payment was visible. I was in their shopping and had well over $100 worth of things and the dressing room was closed so I then tried to see if a bra I wanted to purchase would fit around my band. Over my shirt I took the bra and put the cups on my back and just seeing if the two straps would come close to even touching I did not latch them together or anything like that. After standing in line for 5 minutes the woman said she would not serve us because we tried on that garment. It was made very clear when coming into that store that white people are not welcome in that store, the women running that store feel like women of their same race should be the only people shopping in that store and they made it...
