Hadn't been here in awhile due to health reasons. My dad decided he wanted to try them. So I tried to order online through the app but unfortunately it kept redirecting me to a location further from my house.
Anyway, I arrived at the location and went inside. They were busy so I cut them some slack as I wasn't acknowledged right away nor was my order taken right away even though there wasn't anyone at the counter.
Then finally the manager acknowledged me and asked if I had ordered. He called counter and one of the store's associates, (Davion) who was actually on his way to the back of the store turned around to take my order.
Rather than give my order verbally I showed him my phone. Where I was then informed that the customize your own box advertised on tv and online couldn't be done in store and except only online. I was disappointed a little as there was somethings I wanted to get so I just stated to him, just give me certain things. What I ordered was less and turned out to be more money than if I had ordered it all online and received more food. Davion did say though that I got a drink with my order which was cool.
It's not that it was the store's fault or Davion's, but more of a corporate thing. It doesn't say in the TV commercials nor does it say on the app "Online only" but as I walked out of the store I happened to notice self kiosk so I wondered if I could had ordered from them and gotten what I really wanted at a cheaper price. Plus the app wouldn't let me pick the location i was at not even with allowing my location while in the app. It's not about the money but the principle...

But the manager made no effort to help me she just said they weren’t trained on mobile app and to call corporate. I’m standing there for 40 minutes for an order I placed on the app and paid for. They said they didn’t have a record of it. She saw on my phone that I ordered and paid. She did nothing. A lady walks in and said she was given the wrong order. Turns out they gave my order to her minutes before I came. Now the cashier and food maker wrote down what I ordered from my phone and made it over for me. The manager still never came back up front or apologized the cashier did. All I asked 20 minutes before was to make my order and she wouldn’t. Now they did after realizing they gave it away. Smh. A professional manager would have done this from the start instead of leaving me standing there. What if I left and didn’t wait. No food or refund. Customer service goes a long way.    Read moreOnline says they close at 3am. It’s currently 2am. Two cars were in line when we pulled up. When we got to the speaker we heard nothing. Then randomly, the cashier answers and says quote “I know you heard that machine go off” and I said, “I’m sorry we didn’t hear anything?” And she says “well usually when the machine goes off people don’t usually still sit there” and I said “you’re literally the first person I heard when I pulled up” and then she tried to say sorry. Now listen, I usually don’t come here because usually I always have bad experiences here. But this one really made my blood boil. I work in customer service too and I get it, it’s probably have been a really long night, dealing with different personalities all day. But that was very uncalled for and disrespectful. If the manager sees this, this was on 10/17/2024 at 2:00am on the dot. And might I add, I tried to be nice and say “for future reference you really shouldn’t be rude to your customers” and she says “well if you’re going to be rude I’ll be rude too, B. I. T.
