Desperately needs new management. Highly, highly disgusted. During drivethru, i noticed my receipt stated wrong toppings on my burger, i let the gentlemen know, he kindly had them fix it for me. Turned out they did not fix it, and it didnt match the receipt either. In addition, the fries were cold and tasted days old. We dicided it wasnt a big deal and i would return the food for a refund and go elsewhere. During the refund, and once i was handed my money, i noticed that they shorted me a dollar or so. No biggie, right? I asked the gentleman to check the receipt and he declined my request and told me he wasnt allowed. The manager then came to the window and started her argument with "we dont give refunds. Just so you know. Next time youre getting a credit!" Wasnt very nice, but... no biggie. All i wanted was to politely receive my refund in peace. The manager proceeded to get louder in her arguement accusing me of putting the wrong food in my return..? Not remotely possible. I attempted to tell her that i was aware the food didnt match and thats why i wanted to return the food. I figured that would've been obvious. She also made the statement that she's "been making all the burgers and never makes a mistake." She wouldnt let me get a word in. I finally was able to say, "its not a big deal, i just want my refund please." As im attempting to talk to this said manager, she turns her back and walks away. I then asked the gentlemen at the window if that was the manager, he hesitated and said "......yeah." you could tell he was embarassed and scared to say anything. Poor kid. He then handed me the rest of my refund and i thanked him for being so patient and kind. OVERALL, the manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Most importantly, they tried to short me my refund. Disappointed. Disgusted. Won't be returning...
Read moreI ordered at the drive thru and the sign stated add avocado to any sandwich for $1.00. When the price appeared on the screen it said avocado $1.30. I questioned the worker at the window who confirmed the cost is $1.30. She went and talked to the manager then came back and said that the .30 was tax. I said tax on a $1 should be .06. The manager then came over and said she had no way to adjust the price to match what was posted and said someone hadn't done their job by changing the signs to match the computers. I would not have ordered avocado if I knew it was going to be $1.30. And while the manager did take the avocado charge completely off my bill, I still left feeling that this Wendy's was trying to pull a fast one by upping the price in the computer and thinking no one would notice it didn't match the sign. He is a useless manager who can't even do something as simple as keep inventory in his store, or give a refund because HE DIDN'T HAVE THE ITEM. Also expect for the employees to tell you that they are getting a manager, despite not even asking for one, then tell the manager you asked for him. I never asked for him and I pointed that out. I ordered a baked potato, from this location everytime I've ordered one I've never gotten it and I'm fed up with it. But after informing us that they didn't have the potato, I could order something else of the same value apparently. Why the hell would I want something else when I wanted a flippin potato!? So basically if you come here, don't expect your food but expect to pay...
