I went in person to place an order at Domino's Oak Springs Plaza, between 5:30-5:45, the guy at the counter had to take the order twice because he didn't even know how to enter the information. I clearly said it was for delivery. Gave the address, he showed me the screen to verify the order. I paid and even tipped him. Then I left and hour and 25 minutes later, 7:10 to be more specific, my Son texted me saying the order hadn't arrived. I was nearby so went to the store again to find that the order was still sitting there. All they had to say was "ahh, sorry". I said "first and last time I order from here" and the girl responded, "oh well". Is this what is called "customer service" nowadays? I lived in Culpeper for 13 years and ordered from Domino's almost every week and things like this never happened over there....

This location was very accommodating to our very large order (4 large pizzas, wings and chicken bites). The gentleman who took my order looked up coupons to add to it for us. When the lady delivered the food, she was wearing a mask and keeping her distance respectfully since I hadn't asked for contactless delivery. Shortly after I am called by employee to tell me they are closed and hopefully I will receive a refund in 3 business days. Why is the app/website allowing orders if the location is actually closed??? Either the employees don’t care and closed early or the company can’t keep up with the locations. Either way, this is unacceptable for a national business to operate this way.
