This McDonald’s has one of the worst management teams I’ve ever seen.
Over the past few months, this location has only brought problems. I’ve raised concerns directly to the manager, but nothing has been done, which leaves me no choice but to make this public in hopes a district manager sees it and fixes the situation.
The first incident I personally witnessed was an employee standing at the fry station making inappropriate noises and gestures as if imitating sexual activity. He was speaking in Spanish, and it was clear what he was implying. What’s worse, he did this right next to the manager, who said nothing. A young American female employee was visibly uncomfortable, yet nothing was addressed. Those same employees are still there today, continuing with the same obscene jokes and foul language in Spanish.
The most recent incident happened just two days ago. From the start, the service was unprofessional. I waited over 3 minutes at the drive-thru speaker with no response, while the employees were laughing and joking around with the microphone still on. When someone finally spoke, all they said in a sarcastic tone was: “Are you using the mobile app today? What’s the code?” There was no greeting, no professionalism.
At the window, I overheard employees joking in Spanish, saying things like: “Bro, you only have one job—drop the fries—and you can’t even do that.” Meanwhile, the manager was leaning on the ice machine, scrolling on his phone, ignoring everything. Because they were too busy joking around instead of working, they didn’t prepare my order.
When I was told to pull up to the third window, I politely refused. It wasn’t fair for me to wait longer because of their lack of effort. At that point, the manager closed the window and told the staff (in Spanish, not realizing I’m bilingual): “I’m going to make him wait, watch this.” The employees laughed, and the manager began handing food to other cars at the first window or even walking out to the parking lot to deliver it, while intentionally holding my order back. When I asked again about my food, an employee told me: “Bro, I told you to move, that’s why you don’t have your food.”
At that point, I didn’t even want to eat my food anymore. I was honestly worried about what they could have done to it, given how much time they held it back. I truly believe they could have tampered with it, even spit in it.
This is completely unacceptable. The store feels like children are running it. None of the managers speak clear English or take accountability, and they allow their employees to act unprofessional, disrespectful, and lazy.
I strongly urge a district manager to visit this location, especially during night shifts, to see what is happening here. I am a regular customer, but this McDonald’s keeps getting worse, and at this point, it’s driving customers away.

Read moreI admit that it's in a nice area and at one time it really was a nice McDonalds..... but they're just slipping lately. The last two times I went here to get a mobile order done, the first window gets the receipt to me with limited problems. The 2nd window always gives me the wrong order and this is after they ask me what I ordered. Today, I told her that I had the mobile order. She couldn't figure out which one that was (usually the McDonalds know it by that) so I told her that I had two hamburgers, a fry, and a bottled water. She hands me a bag after looking at it and looking through it. Then proceeds to close the door without the water. I asked her for the water and while she was getting that, I look inside the bag and see a large french fry and 3 cheeseburgers. They apparently saw that I ordered hamburgers and put cheese on them, wrapped them in cheeseburger wrappers, and then gave them to me even after looking in the bag first. Keep in mind cheeseburger wrappers are yellow and hamburger ones are white. Very easy to tell the difference. So when I see that there are multiple burgers in there and something else, I tell her this isn't the one I ordered and like the first time, she puts the food on the counter as if it belongs to the next person and she'll just give it to them. (I recommend anyone who's in food inspection to watch that).. Then after waiting for another 3 minutes on top of the 6 minutes from before, she gives it to me and says "thank you!"... not "I'm sorry" or anything... so I just let it go. When I bite into the hamburger, they got the order wrong here too. They put mustard and a pickle on both of them despite being ordered to not have either.
Not sure what's going on here but you may want to check on who's working in the drive thru. They seem to be messing up a lot... and that whole "give the wrong bag to a customer, take it back, and give it to the right one" is really not a good...
Read moreToday was my first time eating at this particular McDonald's. I used the kiosk to place my order, and chose to dine in. Customers after me were getting their orders and my son and I were still sitting there. After some time, I approached the counter to ask about my order. The staff member said that it would be out shortly as they make the quarter pounders fresh. I said ok and sat down. They brought our order to where we were sitting. The ice in my beverage was melted and warm. They gave us an extra order of fries for the wait. Appreciated but not needed. When opening the container for the quarter pounder, it appeared like a 2 year old put the burger together. When biting into it, I noticed a weird taste. It tasted sour, the meat had no flavor, not to mention that the bread crumbled. I approached the counter once again to notify them of the issue. I knew they were going to understand me in English so I spoke to them in Spanish. A gentleman dressed in black(I assume was a manager) came out. I told him about the burger, although he apologized, he looked like the concern wasn't important. I didn't ask for a refund or a different sandwich because my stomach started to hurt. If anything comes out of this my hope is that they check the quality of their ingredients before serving it to customers. Not feeling well as I type this. I can assure you that I will not return to this McDonald's. And here I thought that Philly McDonald's...
