I’ve ordered from this location quite literally, close to a hundred times.
They really set the bar when it comes to standard. Everything comes fresh, fast and the delivery drivers are always friendly. You know how you order from a place, and when you get the order, you think to yourself “What did they forget this time..” It’s completely the opposite at this store location. I’ve never seen a chain be so consistent and check all the boxes every single time.
Today I ordered my usual Chicken Bacon Ranch toasted sub (it’s the best thing on the menu, trust me) and they mistakenly forgot to add the ranch. I called the store and spoke to manager who’s name is Nash and explained what happened, not even demanding a new order, and before I could get all the words out he offered to make the sandwich again and drop it off, at no extra cost. That is some excellent customer service.
My already, very high opinion of this particular store now just landed on the moon. Thank you for running a tight ship over there, Nash. If someone of high level importance, who works for the chain sees this, make sure he’s compensated and happy there because dude has a bright future and stands on good business practices.

Been to this location many times had mishappens more often than not & will not be returning to this location. Food is ok. Service is not. The younger people (I would guess to say 16 yr-25 yr? Coming from a 37 yr old) that tend to be in there working & managing seem to be clueless about customer service skills & have a chip on shoulder. No matter the situation they are right & you will be wrong. It can't possibly be their listening skills that need to be improved.....you the consumer just don't know how or what you are ordering. Read moreI wanted to add a drink and chips when I got up to the window, and the staff acted dumbfounded. It was like their world had been flipped upside down and they didn't know what to do. I was told I had to pay for those separately now, which I did, but it ended up charging me more than a meal would have. It's not hard to cancel an order and renter it. Use your brain.. to top it off, my order had two drinks and when I asked which is which, the girl working the drive through said, "I don't know, you'll just have to taste them and find out for yourself."
I'll just go elsewhere with that work ethic. Whoever worked the drive through at 8pm 7/23/2017 needs to learn about going the extra mile for a customer that is trying to add (aka spend more money) to...
