I thought I would stop by on my way home after a long day. It was after 7 p.m. and I was hoping it wouldn't be too busy. The drive thru was full. I drove around, parked, walked inside. I noticed through the windows that a man was moving chairs around. I looked for a sign saying that the dining area/inside ordering was closed. Nothing. I was told by the man that the dining area was closed. I said, "ok. Can I order something to go at least?" I got a shoulder shrug. When I looked toward the counter, not one person was in sight. I was going to either go through the drive thru or pick something else. Drive thru it was. I began my drive thru experience at 7:21 p.m. with 7 cars in front of me. I finally get to the ordering phase at 8 p.m. The speaker sounded like someone had the other end in their mouth and was screaming. I ordered my double cheeseburger, ketchup only. Then I heard what I thought was someone saying $6.52. I was seriously taken aback by that one. I thought maybe she thought I said I wanted the meal? I FINALLY get to the window. I once again thought that I would pay, get my sandwich and be on my way! Nope! I sat there, and I watched two sometimes three people try to figure out what belonged to what order. The female that was responsible for taking the orders was also keeping tabs on the one that was bagging them up. I was stunned silent as I watched this duo make fast food into "rocket science". While they did that, my burger sat on the counter. I will say it was made fresh. At first I thought they forgot the ketchup, then I got a bite of it. Worth $6.52? With the headache this fiasco was, I felt they should have paid me! I will NEVER, EVER, go to Warsaw Wendy's again....
Read moreWe Just had the WORST experience here going through their drive through. I have worked fast food before, and GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is just as important as the food you serve. Well, we were interrupted in the middle of our order by the woman yelling at us telling us she basically needed us to stop talking so she could change our order around. That's fine though, I can kind of understand that, it's a long day, lots of cars in the drive thru. I get it. Then after we asked her not to be snotty/rude with us, she then started talking over us (rudely, again) and told us if we wanted it right, we needed to deal with it. Then we replied that we didn't appreciate the attitude, to which she responded "whatever" and finally I asked for her name. Then she straight up to me "NO!"
Never have I EVER worked anywhere where it is acceptable to deny customers your name. I am legitimately SHOCKED. We were so disgusted with her attitude we didn't even go through with our purchase, I cannot believe an establishment would allow their employees speak to customers that way.
You'll be hard pressed to ever find me at this Wendy's again.
And then NOT give their name after the fact? I still can't believe it. Don't worry, I went inside and asked someone else on the team. So, if you're reading this CONNIE, I hope for everyone else's sake your day...
Read moreSLOW. The other day I came here and went inside because the line for the drive through was wrapped around the building. After 15 minutes, not a single person moved in line, so I went and tried to get into the drive through. After 10 minutes of not a single car moving I left to the arbys next door. Within the time it took for a single car to move, I had my food ordered, made, and received at arbys. I came back again today and it took 15 minutes (second in line) for me to order and recieve my food. If you're looking for a FAST FOOD place, this isnt the place to go. The food was decent and made the way I ordered it and the lady at the window was friendly, but it took too long to recieve my food. I'd understand if I had a complicated order or a bunch of food, but I ordered a basic 4 for 4 with a cheeseburger. I ordered it without some things, and that part was executed perfectly. Like i said, the only issue i had was with speed. As a former fast food worker. I understand sometimes it takes a bit of time, but I never had a car wait 15 minutes for their order. Im not sure if it's an efficiency issue, machine issue, or a staff issue, but overall, its decent, but slow and I'd be prepared to wait...
