Ordered through the app for curbside pickup on Saturday December 7th around 3:30 in the afternoon. I waited a bit longer than usual for my order despite there being few cars at curbside or in the drive-thru. First he tried to deliver my order to the wrong vehicle which is odd since you enter a parking space designator upon arrival. Next when my order was brought to the correct space arrived I immediately noticed the two sundaes ($4.19 apiece) were barely half full. My car hops response... "Not my problem I only deliver the orders to the car." I said it was unacceptable and got an eye roll and an "Oh well..." I crossed the street to park and eat in the plaza parking lot (this is when I took the sundae photo) and when I went to grab my Double Fish Filet imagine my surprise when in its place I received a lesser priced chicken nugget. I immediately drove back to the drive-thru and went to the cashiers window. I showed him my receipt and what I received. He at least tried to help me. When I was told to pull ahead to the pick-up windows I showed the girl there the photo of the sundaes as she handed me a filet of fish sandwich. She looked me straight in the eye and said "What do you expect me to do about it? Its not my problem." Is this the script they follow now? When I got home and opened my filet of fish it was indeed a double but it still had frozen bits in the center. I think it is safe to say that I am over McDonald's food and customer service. Add the recent reviews of the cleanliness of the inside and other people being shorted on their orders and it doesn't make sense to give them continued business. Why are the majority of Lancaster, Pennsylvania McDonalds now such hot messes? Lets wait and see if this gets posted or blocked...

Read moreThey seem to think it's ok to play music that gives me headache and make me wan't to vomit, That's not even the worst part. I not expecting this had to put something on my phone to try to drown it out, But we all know cell phone speakers simply ARE NOT loud enough. I try to eat quickly and get out even though my blood sugar is low and i am dizzy, Then this homosexual come's up in my personal space not even 6 inches from me, And asked me to turn it down and i said make them stop the horrid noise there trying to pass as music stop first, At that point still inches away in my personal space this guy say's i'm the manager and i need to turn it off. I tell him to get out of my personal space and go away, Now if somewhere can do thing's to make a customer sick that customer can do whatever with their OWN PHONE especially if it helps, This is just flat out unacceptable.A manager at Mcdonald's should not be going into customers personal space, Especially when that customer is minding there own just trying to hurry up and get...
