2/28/25—Before my trip back to Fort Lauderdale (where I basically have a second address at this point), I figured it was time to get my hair done. You know, freshen up before my extended stay—one month, maybe two. Gotta look good while traveling —because every trip is a new chapter, and you never know when life will turn into a photo op So I chose JC Penny easy in and out 🫣

On the way, hunger hit me like an unexpected plot twist. Sensible eating was the mission, so I thought, Hey, let’s grab a smoothie. I saw a spot inside Pro Fitness, and according to Google Maps, I could just roll up. Perfect. I had time—actually, too much time. I tend to be ridiculously early for appointments, so I gave myself a solid 15-minute window.

I pulled up, walked in—no lines, no drama. Smooth sailing, right? Wrong. Just as I was about to pay, the internet apparently decided it, too, needed a break. Classic. But bless the smoothie shop employee—she called her boss, and boom, we made it happen via Venmo. Efficiency at its finest. I was only three minutes late to my appointment, which in my world is basically on time.

Now, let’s talk about this smoothie. I got the Blueberry Crunch, and let me tell you—it was an experience. Little granola bits turned every sip into a treasure hunt for my tongue, keeping my taste buds entertained like a mini-game. And the best part? No surprise stomach rebellion. That alone is a win. Will I be back? Absolutely....
