This has to be one of the most awful experiences that I've ever had. I decided to do some house renovations and replace my kitchen countertops. I remembered this place being called "The Bargin Outlet" from my past home renovations, now called the new and improved "Home Outlet." I was excited to see what they had to offer. I went to the Home Outlet at the Pawtucket RI (Rumford) location because that's the one that I was familiar with. While looking at their inventory, i couldn't help but notice that nothing was different but the name of the business. Moving on, the Pawtucket location didn't have what i was looking for, so i went to the Warwick location as recommended. The staff and the customer service were exceptional and got me exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to special order the kitchen counter tops because they did not have what I wanted in stock... no problem. One of the staff sat me down and began the process. They offered me a 12-month interest-free credit card with an option to buy. I agreed to the terms and conditions and processed the order. Now, I completed this transaction on 8/10/23 and was told that it could take up to 3-4 weeks to get my merchandise. I was a little disappointed, but I was going to have to expect that given this day of economic times. After the third week, I called to inquire about my merchandise, Home Outlet told me that they still haven't received anything yet to give it another week. I called the next week and they told me that my merchandise has arrived. I go to pick it up and was called by the manager to say that they are still waiting on a specific 10 foot main piece. In good faith, I decided to pick up what they had and wait for the other most important piece to arrive. 1st week pass, I call... anything? Not yet. 2nd week pass, I call... anything? Not yet. The rep tells me that they do not even see an arrival time. Third frigging week, I call anything? Not Yet....WOW! Now, mind you, I have my kitchen ripped apart from preparing for the counter tops, and my family eating take out on the floor because I can't cook without my countertops. I can't even wash the dishes. I have to use my bathroom sink! Now, today, 10/21/23 I call to see if they have received my order yet, Nope! I am done. I returned all of what I received and got my credit card that I was already paying on reimbursed. I was told the company VTI Industries was to blame for this because they have been having some kind of shipping issues. Working in the customer service industry, if there's one thing that I learned, no matter what you do, Stay Out Of Trouble, both parties share the liability. Word of mouth is...

They have good quality items at unbeatable prices. If you are looking for kitchen cabinets, give them a try. High quality at bargain prices. We just remodeled one of our bathrooms. Beautiful tile for the shower floor, walls and bathroom floor at less than half the price of Home Depot or Lowes. They couldn't be more helpful while you are trying to figure everything out.
