I was selling my Canon R6 on the marketplace for $350 and they reached out offering me $345 I said 100% yes take it! I set a date with the person I was talking to, I live about 50 minutes away so this was a trip for me. I was super excited. I also sent them another message confirming what i was bringing down and they said all good to go! When I got there the gentleman behind the desk said the person I was talking to made a mistake and he could only offer me $140. That is a 40% difference. I was extremely upset since I drove all the way down thinking I was getting that price I was asking for I was so upset I just said take it. I was angry and not thinking clearly and I wish I just kept it to see if I could get what I was asking for it. That camera I paid 500$ for…I asked for 350 they offered me 340 and I ended up with $140….what a dang ripoff. My camera was in MINT condition it was basically new and I really needed that money they said they would give me. It was very disappointing. And shame on me for not taking the camera back but shame on them for not honoring the price I confirmed...

Austin at BuyCellFix provided amazing customer service. I cracked my iPhone 6 screen and was unable to enter the passcode to access my (many) photos and personal data on the phone. He was super supportive, patient, and helpful over the phone before I drove down. In the store (no appointment needed, no wait time), he provided incredibly fast service and showed me the inside of my phone to confirm that it was in excellent condition, despite its broken screen. Austin even confirmed that the new screen would be a successful replacement before completing the service - one of my biggest concerns was that I would leave a store having paid for a partially functioning phone and this completely erased that worry for me. They are the best! Not only did Amy get me a great deal on a iPhone 6s but they helped me setup my new phone! She even ensured all the devices I was selling were disconnected from my account and erased! I got a great deal on a glass screen protector for my new phone and a very comfortable case that I love.
