Dunkin' — Restaurant in Warwick

This location is ok, no specific complaint to the manager. This is certainly not a ding on the employees.. To the owner of the franchise: Dunkin has gone downhill at all locations. Not the employee quality, that's fine- people are usually friendly, but the food is horrible! It's always cold and the quality of the product is HORRIBLE. Seriously, almost everyone I know that works on the road eats drive thru breakfast anywhere else. The comment is typically "at least the eggs are real". The coffee is also mediocre and when the default (enormous) amount or sugar is added it turns into something syrupy and resembles something more like a soft drink.

To be fair, perhaps it is just that over the years the New England consumers (me) have been presented with an increasing variety of options over the past 20 years. Maybe its just me, but recently I avoid Dunkin in favor of almost anything else.

Very clean especially during covid-19 however a little disheartening the fact that they allow you in to order your food in your coffee but you can't use the restroom that's clearly there. I'm a Lyft driver and I needed to use the restroom I bought my coffee and my food and I had to drive down to the Cumberland farms to use their bathroom if you're that nervous about opening up we're having people inside your establishment then just do drive-thru if you have Kona service people should be able to use the restroom especially if they're paying in your establishment the food was good my coffee was accurate but due to the fact that the restrooms were out of order I'm only giving three stars if you serve food and you have indoor service you have people inside of the establishment they should be able to use...

I absolutely loved this place ❤️ but the last 3 times I ordered take out its been the worst experience I've had!! I want to be transparent and say the last order they offered me a gift card that I declined!!! They usually have fantastic food, great service and I'm sad to say that has not been my last few experiences! Food is not what or how you order, it's cold it's just not worth what I paid for it honestly 42.00 dollars for chicken wings and macaroni and cheese should be as easy and hot as possible but sad to say no!
