I’m so very disgusted with how I was treated at this location. First of all I tried to call my pickup order in At 8:19 and I was given an attitude and told they were no longer taking orders because they close at 9:00 pm. So I decided to just drive to there anyways and walk in and place an order. It was 8:35 by the time I got in the store and IMMEDIATELY I was given dirty looks by all three females working, what seemed to be the manager was the RUDEST of the three. She sighed very loudly, looked at her watch mumbled to herself and then Stomped over to make the sandwiches slamming stuff down on the grill clearly in anger, if that wasn’t rude enough after every sandwich I ordered she huffed and puffed. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She grunted the whole time she made the 3 grinders and to make things worse when I got home I realized they were ALL not made correctly. . Maybe if they weren’t so hung up on being mad that a paying customer came in during business hours they wud have made them all Correct or had my phone order been taken they wud have been correct. I work in the food industry and I take orders up until the time we close and I offer delivery, I’m appalled 😱 Never again will I go to this location if I decide to go back to jersey...

Ordered from this location on ubereats. My driver texted me that they were waiting for my order, no problem. I’ve ordered from this location on doordash as well and every time they don’t have the order finished when the driver arrives. The driver today said the restaurant was very busy, so it’s understandable to be a little more of a wait. Another 30 minutes go by and I open the app, the driver is still sitting at the store. They message me and apologize but say they must cancel the order and assign a new driver. I ended up getting my food a little while ago, 2 hours after ordering. It was soggy but not inedible.

The whole reason they got 2 stars is because the sandwiches weren’t bad. I don’t think this location understands that these drivers are wasting time and money when they’re being forced to wait excessively for an order. I can assure that if my driver was there for 30 minutes that they didn’t even begin to prepare my order. Again, I 100% understand it was busy, and places are short staffed. However, that is when you stop taking orders temporarily and make your online orders. I will try ordering from here again because they have great sandwiches but something needs to change, if they can’t handle online orders they...

I always go to Jersey mikes at least once a week, and I’ve gone to this location once in warwick and it was great service but after going in today. I won’t be coming back, it was just one of the staff members that made me and my girlfriend’s sandwich, she was right off the rip very rude, aggressive with questions. Kept rolling her eyes when I was simply telling her I wanted a number 7 on white bread, she made my sandwich very sloppy, and practically threw but dropped my sandwich on the table with no wrapping, and did the same to my girlfriends sandwich as well. I didn’t catch her name but she was African American, it seemed she was the only one that was rude in the whole place, other customers that were treated by other kind workers were fine. It felt like it was an inconvenience for us ordering food there. Very disappointed and caught me off guard when I simply just wanted a sandwich, the food is always up to standards but that service was very disappointing, specifically that one women was awful.
