Come in the dinning room at your own risk. If you're going to go through the drive through you may be okay, but I have no clue because we came in to sit down as a family. At any other raising Cane's I have ever been to you have your food within 5mins unless it's really packed it might be 10mins. Don't even bother going into the dinning room you'll have to wait over 20mins for your food to come out. Once it did come out chicken was soggy for who knows what reason. The crazy part was it was not until the room was filled with over 6 people waiting that I finally went to go grab what looked to be a higher manager who thought it was a better idea to be on a personal phone call rather than helping his staff fulfill the orders in the dining room. To add salt to the wound they gave us our food in to go trays instead of dinning in trays and we had paid for an additional sauce that we never got. The biggest slap to the face was all we got was a sorry. Mena while a girl that walked in later than we did got an apology and a gift card while a family of 4 with kids who were starving had to wait for them to decide it was a good time to start serving the dining room and not just the drive through... This is the kind of stuff that gives a big name like rasing canes a bad name. The gentleman that looked like a manager( white guy with glasses and a black vest) He needs some training for sure to prioritize work over a...
Read moreSo I came to this place a couple months ago for my husband . I went threw the drive thru sat there for 25 minutes , then I ordered food it was some kind of combo with sweet tea , then I sat there for another 15 minutes, I get it its busy but man that location its placed in yikes accident city waiting to happen ,its like they was so excited and cramped it in the smaller part of Warwick. So many spot that aren't vacant up on bald hill 🙄. Any who I didnt eat the food so I cannot judge it but its pricey for the smallest menu on the planet . People like what they like but I wont be returning, it wasnt my cup of tea . Oh and the best part bout the experience was I was half was home and the sweet tea was nasty watered down club soda with a hint of coke. So I went back and waited even longer , I didnt go inside because there was no placed to park . I wouldn't have come back to replace the drink but like I said it wasnt my food. I ordered the lemonade which actually it was really good and I was shocked! So not all was ruined but I went to switch it and the kids had no idea what order was what . I gave it a 3 star because my husband likes this place alot he has better experiences then I do ! And the lemonade is the only thing on the menu that I liked. I'm not rating the food because I didnt eat it. Like I said before it's not my cup of tea but it maybe...
Read moreI’m not one to leave reviews on here, but on three separate occasions, I had ordered food and not got what I ordered. First time I went back in to tell them I was missing chicken, I overheard someone in the back say “seriously over two chicken fingers” I don’t care if it was one chicken finger, I still paid for 6 not 4, than the other times same thing, either they didn’t give the correct amount of sauces or chicken, or I was completely missing a bread. This has never happened at the 3 other locations I’ve been too, I understand it sounds like it’s just a couple things, but if I’m paying for it I expect to have everything that is included. One thing I loved about raising canes was that they had someone checking the food before handing it to the costumer, all three times someone had checked my food and still proceeded to hand it to me with missing items. I will never go to this raising...
