Hardee's — Restaurant in Washington Court House

The only reason this is getting two stars is because the Loves manager came over to fix the situation. I came in and noticed a new garlic cheesy fry. Upgrade any size fry it says. I tried getting a combo 14 to have this fry. I was told it couldn’t be done. I said it says any fry can be made they said not are all star meals. I was confused because it doesn’t have any Else saying stuff excluded. The manager said she was to busy for and the girl that took the place of the manager was treating me like I was stupid and said as much. I think she should of been fired on the spot or at least sent home. She said what I was doing was retarded. Which I think is highly insensitive and rude. When I called her on it (I was 3 feet away) she said she said stupid. They sound completely different and don’t change the context. I’m not stupid nor do I believe me trying to figure out their sign are stupid. The other way I know I wasn’t in wrong she had a coworker telling her to be quiet. If I could give this place less than one star I would. Stop by here on 1/15/20 for dinner. After waiting 5 minutes to even place my order the lady at the counter completely ignored me. She than proceeded to give me an attitude. I asked for an all star meal with onion rings in which I was plainly told no I can not do that you can only get fries. First of all I have NEVER been told I couldn't get onion rings with my meal then she proceeds to slam my cup down on the counter and says I'll have your food out when I'm ready. I will never go here again management doesn't care to be bothered with any issues that go on here. Remember we the customer pay for your paycheck. And give you the business you deserve. I frequent hardees late night early mornings because most places are closed around here. I go in the people there know us as local customers. My partner and I ordered fresh to order tenders. I clearly stated everything be dropped fresh. The food wasn't fresh and the worker known as Angel singled me out said I was a liar and I ate them in my car, insinuating I was trying to get free food. I felt like she did this to me because I am black. Angel said there is a policy that I have to bring in my incorrect order so she can investigate it and throw it away to make it right.
