If I could, I would give this location ZERO STARS! Absolutely baffled at the customer service and at the quality of the beverages! First of all, every time I go there, the regular starbucks staff has a stern face. They will not smile or anything which is generally an important aspect in the service industry (although this is considered fast food it still is good if the employee smile in order to get good reviews and whatnot). I didn't really mind too much because at least she got my order right
Today I stopped in and ordered : a latte, a hot chocolate - kid's temperature, and a green tea latte (hot). The employee working there had on a Giant Eagle uniform, generally the times I went there people were wearing a Starbucks uniform, so I assumed they were short on staff and had to call over the employee to help out. Whatever, no biggy. By the way her name was Barb, so be forewarned. Anyways she legit messed up BIG time on my green tea latte. I was watching her make it, and SHE POURED IN THE ICED TEA CONCENTRATE INTO MY CUP!!!!! She did not add any matcha powder in it whatsoever. When she gave it to me I opened the top and I was like, " Uhhh, excuse me ... the green tea latte is made with matcha powder ......" Then she goes "Oh! I couldn't find the directions." Okay so that makes it alright to put random ingredients in and hope the customer accounts for your mistake? Ok... whatever. Hopefully she makes it right this time ...... NOPE! She put in a little scoop of the matcha powder .... AND THEN SHE ADDS MORE ICED TEA CONCENTRATE!!!! What's more upsetting .... ITS BLACK TEA CONCENTRATE NOT GREEN TEA!!!!! At this time, there were about 5 other customers waiting in line - looking unpleasantly annoyed. So I just left. I didn't ask for a refund because we had places to go, and this lady was honestly wasting all of our time. Later my little brother told me that his hot chocolate was cold ........ WHAT! It gave him a stomach ache! OKAY HOT CHOCOLATE means that it is HOT - kid's temperature means that it is LESS HOT, but not COLD so that you get a STOMACH ACHE! Otherwise it would be JUST CHOCOLATE MILK! And at least that won't give you a stomach ache.
Just a suggestion but, this Starbucks should either step up their game or go out of business because if this continues ..... and more people are affected ..... the problem will just escalate. There is an actual Starbucks location about 2 minutes from the Giant Eagle one. Definitely recommend people to go there because since it is actual Starbucks they SHOULD care more and SHOULD have their barista life together.
One last thing, I found this absolutely hilarious but on the cup it reads, "Our Barista Promise, Love your beverage or let us know. We'll always make it right." HAHAHAHA HILARIOUS! I did let you know and you still didn't make it right. If I let you know again you'll probably not get it right and it might be worsts since bothering you is a nuisance. BUT ONLY IF YOU DID IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! Well, now I'm letting Google know and maybe if they read it, the location itself.

Read moreI’ve visited this Starbucks location seven times now, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently fallen short of expectations. Each visit has been marked by limited product availability—more often than not, key menu items are out of stock, cold brew here is basically a myth—like Bigfoot or a unicorn sighting.
While the manager seems attentive and engaged, the rest of the team generally appear disinterested, with service that feels indifferent at best. Friendly, proactive customer interaction is noticeably lacking, and mistakes with orders are frequent—such as receiving a cold drink when a hot one was requested, and vice versa.
It’s disappointing, especially considering the store seems to have been recently renovated and is uniquely situated within the floral section of Kroger, giving it real potential. With some improvements in team engagement and stock management, it could be a...
Read moreI would rate it a negative if possible because i have got a coffee and banana nut bread when i saw the date it was 2 months old. I generally don’t give any feedback for any stores but this i want to report so that others can see the stuff what they eat. I spoke with the store customer care they simply said come and get a fresher item if u would like. they are not even concerned that they are selling 2 months old stuff. i have spoken with regular starbucks store they mention they only sell the product less than 2-3 days old. People who shop here please check before u eat anything...
