The food is bland as heck and comes with a bad green veggie plant that doesn’t jive well with the meat. We had the brisket, pulled pork, fries and Mac n cheese. The fries were amazing. Mac n cheese yuck. Brisket, tender and bland. Pulled port tender and bland. The price wasn’t bad $16 for an entree, side and drink. Perhaps I’ll give this place another try. We booked The Pit to cater our wedding with their food truck. Leading up to the wedding, employees were impossible to get in contact with. The week of the wedding, unforseen events happened & their food truck broke down. Since we were contracted & planned for trucks, we decided to cancel and find another truck. We were told we would get refunded for the deposit. Over a month later & we are still waiting on our deposit to be refunded.
We will be taking legal actions & highly recommend avoiding booking events with this company.
