Title: "90 Second Pizza: Where Time Is Just a Suggestion"
Review:
Last week, I had an opportunity to dine at 90 Second Pizza at 708 7th St NW, Washington, DC 20001. My first impression of the store was that it was just about adequately clean, though it seemed to be struggling a bit with the crowd.
The pizza, fortunately, was a highlight of the visit. It tasted good and was well-made. However, the service experience did not match the quality of the food. The pizza took longer than expected to arrive, around five minutes, which was a bit disappointing given the restaurant's name.
A significant issue I faced was with my soda order. It was not delivered with my pizza despite paying for it at the order machine. I had to request it afterward, leading to a communication barrier since the primary staff member interacting with customers did not speak English. This lack of understanding extended to essential items like a straw, which added to the inconvenience. His assistant, who knew some English, eventually helped me out.
Another point of discomfort was the crowded nature of the store. I had to wait for a seat to open up, which wasn't the most pleasant experience.
In conclusion, while the pizza at 90 Second Pizza was enjoyable, the overall service and environment left much to be desired. I'm giving it a four-star rating with the hope that these areas...

I’m still shocked at how fast they get these pizzas done. The only real improvement they can make is to find a way to make the crust less soggy. Maybe cook them slightly longer. Overall you’ll be happy. I did the spicy salami one and a pepperoni mushroom this time.
Original post around march 2024: bc Exactly what you’d expect. The pizza was done in a ridiculously quick amount of time. The quality was actually better than expected, and it hits the spot. The staff was friendly too.
I did the arrabiata pizza and it was just spicy enough for me, but definitely has a kick so be careful if you don’t like heat. The only improvement they could make is a firmer crust. It soaked up the sauce and wasn’t holding up as well as it could have.
If you have a craving for pizza and do t have a lot of time, this is the...
Read moreFood is great quality in relation to other late night post midnight open options. The sauce is a little watery (but good flavor) so if you like extra sauce like I do ask them to cook it well done. Crust is light and flaky, soft and stretchy, with a good crunch at the end of the slice. The toppings were good quality with decent flavor and the cheese as well. Fast too. Definitely a solid reliable option for late night, maybe you're already lit and not trying to hunt for quality food, then you won't feel bad after a stop here.
Customer service was on point. They lean in to the Italian vibes and its fun. They're the type of people to return kindness presented to them which is always appreciated in the city. Happy I stopped by definitely...
