This was the WORST experience at the Union Station location, 1st it's ALL MEN ( Hispanic) their rude as hell, they have a smart mouth and their ALWAYS rushing you to order or pay. I damn near asked for a refund, all because I told him what I WANTED ON MY SANDWICH AND A CUP OF OLD BAY SEASONING. Had I been a men it would've went totally different. Prices are decent, and food is at the fast food level of quality -- but many of the places in this food court don't even reach that level of satisfaction. This company scams consumers of points earned from purchases. At one point, I could enter the receipt barcode to get my points missed from the store because the scanner didn't work. No longer available. My last visit to Charlie's was today. I emailed the company and haven't received any response. No more of my $25, which is typical for a large meal....
