On top of the food prices being doubled and you can’t use or earn points at this location the customer service is trash it’s only one girl that I’ve encountered at this location with manners and polite customer service shout out to her (wish I knew her name but I think she has locs morning shift) this morning I ordered a meal and asked for a sun joy she handed me a sweet tea instead I noticed immediately the color was not light enough and confirmed there was no lemonade added by tasting when I told the cashier she responded “this is half and half” in a sarcastic tone then rolled her eyes and said “I’ll just make you another one” then slammed the cup spilled my drink and handed me a leaking cup. People this is why fast food workers get beat up all the time cause what do I have to gain from lying about my order being correct if it was correct like it usually is she wouldn’t have had to remake...
Read moreChick-fil-a is usually high quality and great service, so that's why I had to say something here.
They started by reprimanding us for approaching the counter to order without being called. No other restaurants in the food court require this and there was no signage. I guess this is a holdover from covid, but we were out of country for the pandemic and didn't do it this way in our country.

Read moreCompletely rude. Cashiers here don’t even know what’s going on half the time, and will 99% of the time get your order completely wrong. I came here during a school trip and was introduced with the most rudest manner, nothing like traditional Chick-fil-A attitude . Cashiers would cut me off mid sentences and would be little me. I felt almost judged by employees there. The language I heard coming from cashiers mouth was absurd. Myself being a teenager, can understand how wrong the employees acted there. I’ve never had an issue with Chick-fil-A, however, this was the worst fast food experience I have ever endured. Other classmates of mine, spoke with me saying they had a similar experience there. Cashiers need to understand that not everyone will take such behavior, and one day will run into the wrong person when taking orders....
