I really don’t get all the positive reviews Chez Lily has.. every experience I’ve had here has been just okay. I come here as a backup to the other great cafes in the area, and the staff is always cold and doesn’t make eye contact with you. In addition to being uninviting, the last straw was my recent visit when I was overcharged (for no reason) for a flatbread. They’re professional, friendly and are great at making the food taste delicious. *Staff almost ALWAYS seems to be in a bad mood. I showed up here 15 minutes to closing time to get a hot coffee. The server had such a bad attitude and clearly didn't feel like working. After choosing THREE things she said they wouldn't be able to provide any of them. I left. Such a waste of time. *Way too expensive. They charge you for a splash of almond milk.
