Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Washington

THEY MAKE PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY WAIT IN LINE. . I work at the airport and I was assisting a visually impaired passenger on a wheelchair. He wanted to eat food before his flight and I took him here. There is always a long line and I took him straight to the counter. The attendee said I had to wait in line. I was so shocked and I demanded to see the manager. I told him how is it fair to make a visually impaired person on a wheelchair wait in that long line. Even the manager said, “we don’t make exceptions, he has to wait in line.” The passenger was so disappointed when he heard what the manager said. He then said to me, “It’s OK sir, I already lost my appetite. Just take me to my gate.” I was so frustrated by their customer service and so disappointed as well. Because the otherwise Chick-fil-A locations I go to have the best customer service and they care about their customers. But DEFINITELY NOT THIS ONE AT DCA AIRPORT. They should be ashamed of...

Honest review. The service wasn’t exactly friendly. The wait was extremely long. The cook was bringing food out to his girlfriend that never ordered at the register. On top of that she was given food immediately after getting there long before people had gotten their food that actually paid for it. The chicken nuggets were good. The soda was completely flat. I’m talking not a single bubble. One guy actually thought he was given sweet tea and not Pepsi. I left before I tried mine and regretted it because it’s basically Pepsi flavored sugar water. I’ve only been to 4 chick fil a’s and this is by far the worst one so far. The three stars I gave was for 1 being there to feed me. 2 some of the food was good. Probably the worst Chick-Fil-A I've been to. I get it's in an airport but I speak for a lot of people that the wait time is rediculous. If you didn't get your food past 20 minutes you had to go up and ask them as if they forgot, meanwhile 20 other people after you ordered got their food an left. All I got was two 12 count nuggets, waiting 45 minutes and had to board my flight right after. It wasn't until I went up there, the excuse was a "hold on nuggets", sorry but no. A few ladies were shocked I waited this long but they themselves got nuggets, they probably showed up a few minutes before getting my nuggets. Frequent times staff were on their phones or playing with ranch packets. I hate leaving bad reviews but honestly I will choose anything at this airport...
