This shop or barista needs some attention or training. While I ordered an espresso, unfortunately, somehow I received a Ristretto portion of coffee. Given the lower temperature of the coffee, I assumed this is because of the not-ready (not properly steamed) machine and asked to change it. However, your barista offered me an option to pour more water (ridiculous); otherwise, I need to wait five minutes for changing the grinding level… (which also does not make sense because the dial-in can be easily made). For example, the Starbuck 20oz Venti Blonde is $3.03, the Compass 16oz Horizon Large is $2.39. Taste wise, I would choose Starbucks but that could be because of my own taste.
