My family and I have just moved back here from Gilbert, AZ and have had domino's pizza in our rotation on a semi- weekly basis for years. I have had a few saved orders we usually opt for, many part of the $5.99 medium 2 topping. Every one of those have more than doubled in price for some reason. I was already somewhat disappointed the same deal up here is now $6.99 but I get it, that's totally fine, different state/regional pricing. I called and was redirected to the store and eventually to the manager. She basically had to tell me every topping or sauce I chose came with a premium designation. Chicken cost almost the price of the pizza alone, about $4 as well as opting for the garlic sauce was about $3 more. I explained to her that my previous orders had always been as advertised ($5.99) with the same toppings. And it's now coming up as $13 each. She immediately sounded bothered like I was going to ask for a discount. Saying things like, "I don't know what to tell ya. The cost of the order is going to be $*. Should I put in this order or cancel it?" but sounded like she was annoyed to be taking the phone call at all. I was in the middle of asking about switching toppings and she immediately talked over me with the same question of taking this order or just canceling it. I was completely cordial, and she may have been having a bad day, but that interaction has always resurfaced in my mind anytime we decide to get pizza. This happened months ago, and I would rather go further to Bremerton to get our Domino's fix just to avoid going to this location. We've since taken Domino's out of our rotation and its funny how a bad experience like a phone call can ruin my entire relationship with...
Read moreI have ordered dine in, takeout, and delivery and every single time the quality is always up to snuff.
Employees are always extremely friendly and personable, I came in and gave them about a dollar's worth of pennies since their tail was low and the appreciation from them was immense.
As for the actual quality of the food: it's amazing, some of the best Domino's I've had.
Although there is a noticeable decline in quality that is very consistent after about 6:00 p.m. Sloppily put together sandwiches, haphazardly thrown into delivery bags, etc. But the one thing that remains constant is their customer service.
All these Domino's employees and delivery drivers are very nice and super fun to chat with. (Dawn, Kdyn and Nick are all lovely people).
When it comes to delivery, these people will stop at nothing to get you your pizza. Their Pizza passion is very evident it seems, as I live in a very out of the way house on a somewhat Private road at the very top of a hill with an extremely steep driveway and even STILL they deliver my food with a smile (please make sure to tip your drivers 😁)
If the quality of night orders which remain consistent with the quality of day orders I would give this restaurant a 5 out of five stars, but as it is it only...
Read moreSo I ordered delivery and I redeemed my free pizza but I bought some wings. I gave a pretty good tip to the driver but for some reason this is the second time this happened but the pepperoni wasn't even properly put on like they cared less when making it cause I got it for free. Which if you understand math I didn't get it for free I bought so much from them that I got the pizza. Now a loyalty pizza shouldn't look like I'm hated for being a loyal customer. This is painful even as a chef of over 20 years you never treat a loyal customer like this. The last pizza should look like every pizza. So I'm rating the service terribly I can't say anything about the atmosphere but usually when I go in the line hasn't been swept the surfaces are a mess and everyone just doesn't want to be there. The food is getting 3 stars cause it's good and edible but that's due to the company delivering the ingredients I'm sure it have nothing to do with the employees as they probably don't make the dough in house. Or much really they are just pushing a product hence why my pizza...
