8/24/21 (approx. 1:45pm) - Placed an online order (Chicken Alfredo Pasta, Parmesan Bites & Coke) for delivery to my job. Received a call (2:15pm) from a young man delivering my food asking I come to the buildng or outside to get my order because he couldn't leave his bike. I conveyed I'm unable to leave the desk because I'm managing the business phones. I also stated when placing the order (& conveyed to him) that was the purpose of noting "deliver to 7th floor". He proceeds to tell me he'll just leave my order with security because - once again - he can't leave his bike because he left his chain at the store!! I expressed due to security reasons, building management doesn't allow guards to receive food/packages... I'd ask a co-worker to meet him in the lobby to receive it. He agreed he'd wait & within two minutes my co-worker goes the lobby, but after waiting almost ten minutes... no sign of a delivery person or food!! Called the store & asked to speak with the manager/owner, Radek Wilk about my concern, but was told he'd just left. He supposedly told his staff to handle my issue even after it was brought to his attention. The service I received was about the worst I can ever recall at any restaurant. I don't appreciate spending $25 for a late lunch I never received let alone being hung up on when asking the delivery person his name. Until he betters his attitude & skillset, he's a liability to Dominos brand!! After today's FOUL experience, the best I can hope for is to be refunded $25 within 3 - 5...

Revised review. Today is August 1st. This place has not impressed me since my very first visit 3 months ago. During my first visit there was a young professional employee who was pleasant professional and was there when my order was made to perfection. Since she has been gone. I've had my order not prepared by the time I got to the store on my 30 min lunch break. This happened twice. Once I canceled the order. I've been given the wrong order only to find that out when I got back to work on my 30 min lunch break. They wanted the wrong order back but I touched it. The delivery guy said I shouldn't have so they could give it to the person it belonged to. That should have stopped me but the wings are so good I suppose right?. I think this location has a no double cheese policy even after you've paid for it. Needless to say. I've had enough of this place. From attitudes lack of customer service personal grooming and just plain screwing up my orders. I've had enough. I'm still thinking about writing to corporate. Roll the dice here hopefully the odds are...
Read moreI don't normally do these reviews, but this experience should not be duplicated. I ordered online. Delivery person showed up without half of the order. A single pizza does not cost $20 dollars by itself without tip from Dominos, so he should have know he was most likely missing part of the order. I opened what I did receive, which was smashed against the side of the box...inedible. Looked like the pizza was dropped on its side. I phoned the store. They dispatched another pizza, with the salad which they forgot the first time; no big deal. Delivery person arrives with the order. Again, smashed/dropped pizza. I phoned the store again and this time waited 10 minutes on hold to speak with a manager,...hung up and called back again and explained the situation for the third time. Finally spoke to a manager and explained the situation for a fourth time. The manager was less than apologetic but decided to send out another order. Do yourself a favor: do not be lazy like me and order from this franchise when there are much better options within walking distance. Its too bad, Domino's in other locals has been better than this...not sure what the point of failure was...
