DUPONT PIZZA — Restaurant in Washington

**Update: To 'management' -- Yes, my review is for your terrible restaurant. What a sleazy tactic to try and say I had the wrong location. Get real. My visit was at 1:43AM, you are the only pizza location anywhere near there open at that time. Second, Google has this cool thing where it tracks where you are with this new thing called GPS. I picked up my "pizza" in person. I know where I was (I may have been the only sober person in the place). 5 months later and the experience and employees were so terrible that I can mark this as one of my worst restaurant experiences, ever.

Ordered a simple cheese and 1 topping pizza, was made incorrectly the first time. I spoke with the employee and then the manager who at first refused to remake the pizza correctly until I threatened to call the credit card company and have them void the transaction. Then after a lengthy discussion of exactly how to put exactly one topping on a pizza they made the pizza incorrect again. Completely rude and totally lacking in...

This spot will always have a special place in my heart. There are a lot of elitists out there that scoff at anything that's not a $30 Neapolitan with a hot honey option. This is a no-frills, reliable pizza in a city that isn't swimming with NJ/NY style options. This is where plain cheese slices shine. This is especially great as a late-night option if you want an upgrade from jumbo slice.

I see a lot of folks complaining about it being too doughy when ordering delivery--if it's not crispy enough, 30 seconds on a skillet makes it crispy and delicious.

If I'm out with friends and it's a nice day, yeah, I may want a proper sit-down and a beer at Andy's. But, if I'm in my pajamas and feel like eating an entire pie by myself in bed in the dark, Dupont Pizza absolutely...

I would like to express my gratitude for the improvements I have experienced today when I walked in to And Pizza at this location. I am in love with And Pizza but the customer service at this location was very bad and one could barely finish his/her order without getting an upset face from the staff there. Yet today I walked in and Taylor, Charlie, and Kamal made my day. I didn’t believe myself as there was a huge difference between them and their predecessors. Well done guys , Keep up the good professional work! You were amazing.
