If you're a falafel enthusiast searching for an authentic Mediterranean experience, this busy little gem tucked away on a small street is a must-visit. Despite the challenges of finding parking and enduring a 15 to 20-minute minimum wait, the culinary delights awaiting you at this establishment are well worth the minor inconveniences.
The menu boasts a variety of fresh and flavorful Mediterranean foods that too with the great price. One standout item that deserves special mention is their Zaatar fries – a mouthwatering twist that elevates the traditional side to a whole new level. What sets this place apart is its generous policy on sauces; no need to beg or bother the staff for extra condiments, they are readily available for patrons to help themselves. However, be aware that some customers take advantage of this and load up on sauces during takeout, so exercise a bit of restraint.
What truly sets this falafel joint apart is its commitment to social responsibility. Despite offering affordable prices, the establishment has partnered with the World Food Programme, a leading humanitarian organization. This partnership demonstrates a commendable dedication to making a positive impact beyond the dining experience, as a portion of your spending goes towards delivering aid to refugees across the globe.
In summary, this falafel restaurant offers more than just tasty food at reasonable prices; it provides a complete dining experience that extends to social consciousness. Read moreDMV STABLE!!!! SO HEALTHY! SO GOOD! SO DELICIOUS! SO QUICK! If you are looking to switch up your diet and eat healthy fast food options, this is the place for you! Everything on the menu is for less than ten dollars and you can pay with card, electronic pay, and cash. The wait is typically no longer than 10 minutes, however, sometimes during busy meal times there may be a longer wait. The workers are super nice and can answer any questions regarding food ingredients you may have if you have dietary restrictions. Two things I will unfortunately note are, parking is terrible and the space inside the restaurant is small. I would encourage you to either go with someone so one of you can order the food and one can stay with the car. That being said, only one person going inside will help keep the capacity of the facility within its limits. As for the food, the falafel sandwich is my favorite! It is super filling and energizing! I will suggest to maybe get an extra pack of falafel because 3/4 of the way down of the sandwich it’s only veggies. But if you love veggies then you do not need to! The company just came out with a chicken bowl sandwich and it is SO TASTY! The zaatar fries are super good as well! They have a peppery taste to them and are always fresh! I suggest dipping them in the garlic sauce. Their baklava is super sweet and delicious! Lastly, there are drinks there - I suggest the fruit drinks in the can!...

SERVICE: I happened to stop by this place for the first time seeing as I was hungry but didn’t have time to wait long for an order. I will admit I was a little confused how to enter the shop as I was caught off guard by the sliding door ( I can be a little slow at times :) but once I finally figured it out I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of ordering… to which I order 2 sandwiches, my order was literally ready a minute after I finished paying so again caught off guard in a good way 😊 they have a nice selection of tasty sauces which are self serve which I am a fan of cause let’s face it a lot of places are stingy with the sauces or charge extra for more…
SANDWICH: Now onto the actually sandwich which size wise is great value for money, also I have to say they have the best falafel I’ve ever tasted in the DMV soft and savory (I’m use to dry or overcooked falafel in this area) and on top of that they falafel portions are generous along with the size of the sandwich overall.. my only complaint would be that I only ordered 2 sandwich’s instead of 4… I will definitely frequent this establishment whenever...
